Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

This is the worst company ever. A bunch of thieves. First of all the quality is the worst... really bad even if the pictures look good.... then they ask you to become member to have free delivery...than they dont want yo give you full credit... stay away from this website.... they want to make money by imposing crazy high fee deliveries if you want the money back. I beg for them to give me back the money. They will charge 150$ for transporting a 5’’ rug. Thats crazy. Stupid.... bunch of thieves that want to make money over poor people... i hope the government can do something to these bad people... dont buy from them... they trick you every time... stay away from this website!!!!!

Never returned my money when products didn’t show up and were “returned” I just noticed that I never got the return amount when I checked my credit card end up the year statement for 2018...of course now it’s too late to do anything about it. It was a hassle to even have them “return” the items when they didn’t show up. You think they would of gave the money back after they saw the packages never arrived. All they do is steal your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!

Overstock.com is a complete joke. I realized I was overcharged for an office chair when the product arrived at my home and I saw the price had since dropped on their site by close to $20. I contacted Overstock via e-mail and was told that they could only adjust the price if it was within 7 days of the purchase being made. I was outside of this window by 3 days. After I voiced more of my frustration, I was somehow given a credit by another one of their reps. Her response indicated to me that she had probably done this in error as she told me that since I was within 7 days they were able to process a credit? Two days later, the price on the chair dropped again by almost another $20. I contacted Overstock's customer service team again and was once again met with pushback. At this point, it had been less than 2 weeks since I made my purchase and roughly 3-4 days of having the actual item. I could not get a straight answer from one of their reps on why they credited me the first time, but not the second time. Each customer service representative I was in contact with via e-mail repeatedly ducked my questions and provided very robotic-like answers to my inquiries, ones not specific to the situation or what I was asking. They also used my frustration as an attempt to upsell me on being an "O member" for $20 a year with the promise that they "might be able to price match" for this product if I were to join. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND CARE MORE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE THAN DOING RIGHT BY THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will not be buying from them again and will be sure to tell family and friends the same.

Huge Trump supporter and conspiracy theory proponent. Boycott

Estimated delivery time 12/23. Item shipped 12/12. Website status said shipped. Ups said not received for 11 days. Then overstock sends an email new delivery 12/30. I will not be home that week. Overstock cannot assist. Directed me to UPS. Horrible customer service. If an accurate delivery date was given i would not have purchased. But I'm guessing they knew that...

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been trying to spend in store credit for years now, every time i use it, they ship wrong item, wrong size or get lost in shipping. They have a text messaging service, all you get is copy paste messages. You call them, and they hang up on you. Horrible customer service, terrible prices. I hope they go out of business. Once i get my money, I will never buy anything from them, even if they are the cheapest (which never happened anyway)

Overstock Marketplace AVOID. Bought $300 worth of lights through a seller. The package has been lost through the USPS with the same tracking showing "in transit" for 14 days. Overstock says it's still on the way and they can't do anything about it. It's not their responsibility to participate in any disputes, they only collect the money. The seller says that since the USPS says it's in transit (auto generated) they can't do anything. Overstock refuses to step in. The worst company ever. Thank god for credit card disputes.

Ordered a nice blanket was 89.00 two weeks later, no shipping. Was for Christmas, asked for a refund they said 3 more days. I raised the roof got my refund but short 10.00 they said they dont refund coupons. Total bull#$it, I paid 89.00. Horrible company!!
