I bought an e gift card for my niece. The order was processed on Dec. 15 (my bank account showed a debit from them on that day). Christmas came and went, and after 2 phone calls to Customer Service my niece never received her gift card. The third time I called was to get a refund so that I could send my niece some cash. I am done with this company!

Their stuff takes forever to ship and when it’s too late and you want to return, you have to pay shipping. What kind of company these days makes a customer pay return shipping? None that’s what kind. Horrible business practices

I would give a '0' if possible. I ordered a 3 pc. Coverlet with shams. It was not until I made the purchase that a message appeared saying this was an As-Is item and non returnable. Imagine how disappointed I was when I opened the package to see the bedding was faded, dingy - worn. I called Overstock for options and was told there were none. Not again Overstock. You just lost a faithful customer/s.

Wish I could leave no stars, customer service sucks. why the hell would Overstock use USPS to ship a christmas present knowing the mess USPS is in right now, and speaking with their customer service is ridiculous, no empathy, no trying to make it right, nothing!

We ordered and paid for a hot tub. They took out money (credit card) we paid off that credit card and 7 weeks later they cancelled our order. But didn't even bother to reach out to us about the cancellation!!!! The only reason I knew was because my credit card had a huge credit. When I reached out about it they said there was an error and they were actually out of stock!!! It took them seven weeks to figure that out??!!!!!

If I could rate them lower I would. While building a new house we bought many furnishings from Overstock. One ceiling fan's light kit had only one of five light sockets working. Contacted manufacturer who said we had to go through Overstock. I tried for months to get help but all I got was runaround. Based on this experience of ZERO support, I will NEVER order from them again. Terrible service-actually, no service.
