Terrible company!!! Displayed a nice looking necklace. I received a $100 piece of costume jewelry. I returned it and they slow rolled my refund so I had to open up a dispute on PayPal. I’m sure if I hadn’t they would’ve kept my refund despite the fact I had to pay out of pocket to send the junky trinket back to them. Don’t purchase from these crooks ever. The $40 I spent on 2 chains from Amazon far exceeded the quality. Gross

Not fair you're forced to give even 1 star. Horrible customer service! If they are going to outsource the call centers, ensure proper CS training. Cancelled the order on that fact alone, and we will never order from this company again. I really wanted the item but will not spend my hard earned money with them.

Very bad experience and customer service is a joke.

Terrible costumer service and they send me the wrong order, they don’t helped me with my return and refund and is more than 3 months.

So, we bought an indoor grill from this company last November. Everything was fine. Then came December. Still, nothing. It's been a month, literally, and we still haven't gotten our package. So we got in contact with customer service. At first it was hopeful. They said they would look into it, blablabla. But guess what happened next? Still no package. A little over a month later, still nothing. Despite countless of calls to follow up the order, nothing. And they told us the same thing over and over. At this point, we knew they were just making excuses, and didn't actually care whether we got our stuff or not, so finally we decided to just get a refund. No package, and the tracking info they gave us hasn't been updated for two weeks. But did they comply and give us the refund? NO. They refused and told us it was against their policies. What the heck? What kind of legitimate company does that? Most companies would OFFER you the refund, but these people flat-out refused to give us our money back. Then they just kept telling us the same bs excuse they've been telling us, and had the nerve to even blame us for the delay in the delivery! Told us that each time we called to follow up, they had to reissue a new claim or whatever! Absolute nonsense. So, are they saying they don't keep records of anything??? That's garbage. Don't buy from these people. They don't care about you. They only care about money. The fact that they don't want to give us our money back when there's NO PRODUCT should be enough proof that they're SHADY.

Once you order it you are stuck with it unless you spend money to return it. I canceled my order days before I even got it due to ordering the wrong size. They will take the money off your refund. Lying with bad customer service provided. Shop somewhere else.

I did order one item, try to pay with PayPal, unable due to their website, use my debit card. Them I realize PayPal was charge , I did contact Per chat and email in order to cancel one order. All in less then 30 min, they agree and now I have a message claiming unable to cancel becouse the order was already in these or that place. I won't use it or recommend these site. Beware
