This is the worst company ever. I order so many things from the hoe my new home. The quality is trash for the price then it was on a promotion payment plan but you can’t pay off the promotion directly. Each payment is allocated as they please abs when you call them to allocate the payment for the current promotion they state they can not do that. They don’t have the option of auto pay neither abs when I person had an extremely busy life or schedule that is beyond inconvenient. You call customer service and they are nasty and rude now one can help you and they act like you’re trash. They look to get in in fees anyway they can this is a complete rip off and the credit card is not even worth having. If I had the option to rate below a 1 star I would definitely do that. NEVER AGAIN WORST CREDIT CARD AND MERCHANDISE EVER STAY AWAY FAR AWAY.

Pour une comande passer en octobre (table de jardin,chaise et chaises longue) plus de 3 mois d'attente soit livraison prevu en février Début février on m'appelle pour me dire que ma comande n'est pas de stock... je change de table, livraison prévu fin février... Fin février je reçois une partie de la commande, le jour même je contacte overjapprznd que la table et chaise n'ont pas été expédié... j'ai du les contacter a de nombreuses reprise moi même pour savoir quand le nécessaire sera fait, et d'un coup j'apprends que la livraison est prévue 2 jours plus tard... Bilan : aucun feedback vers le client, aucune information, un service après vente lamentable, un service de livraison incompétent, et une gestion de leur commande/stock lamentable également. Je n'enverrai jamais quelqu'un vers ce magasin, très déçu, je ne serai plus acheteur chez eux.

I ordered couch and chair cushion covers and they are awesome. Shouldve done this years ago. Ive been hiding my cushion from being worn out with blankets, I receive covers today and it was great. They are very comfortable too. Thanks Overstock

I’m being ripped off by a 3rd party seller on overstock and no one will help me. This is ridiculous. You have ZERO protection from their scammy sellers. I have to do a chargeback to get my refund.

TOTALLY MISLEADING -I just ordered tiles from them. It said they came in packs of 10 so I ordered 5 as thats all they had left. I received 5 tiles! I paid an extra £25 to get them shipped quickly. Total waste of money as now seen the reviews and know I won't get anything back. This company is misleading. DONT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I'd seen the reviews first

Ik kocht voor een redelijk groot bedrag een lounge set en een tafel met 8 stoelen met een grijze kunststof bekleding van Bristol, zogezegd uv-bestendig en kleurvast! Zoals al eerder gelezen in reviews zijn enkele stoelen vaalgeel geworden ipv grijs. Na klacht neergelegd te hebben als antwoord dat de garantie van 2 jaar verlopen is. De stoelen zijn amper vier jaar oud. Informatie op begeleidende info klopt dus niet en ook de verkoper repte er met geen woord over. Ik koop er nooit meer! Echt teleurgesteld!

I chose an item as a special gift that was time sensitive and it was ordered on February 1 to be delivered by or before February 13. It is now February 25 the tracking shows that it was picked up in Las Vegas and no movement since. The company said they would send me another one but I have not sent me a tracking for that one and that was ordered on this past Monday 26. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order or when I have called multiple times and they are pleasant on the phone and agree with me but yet I have no tracking and no item. Beware!

I ordered an item from overstock and will never again. I “opted out” of emails approximately 6 times on a full week or so. The company never did a thing. Daily emails still come. Called today and was told “your email is still showing here” ... after all these requests. What company has this kind of disrespect for people? These kind of uber aggressive corporate policies need to be challenged. If you are an attorney plz consider winning yourself a large harassment case against Overstock for this disregard for the Federal Trade Commission standards in place and the public in general. Opting out means opting out. Harassment is harassment. Naughty companies like this deploying this poor behavior seem to be only able to respond rightfully after losing at the highest of legal civil challenge by a good attorney. These statements are from one annoyed customer’s opinion.
