If I could give less than 1 star it would be much less. Please stay away form this con job of a company..PLEASE STAY AWAY. I bought from them once and it was a nightmare. There return policy is a joke, and to get your money back will require you to issue a chargeback on your credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't buy from them...it's going to cost you more to return the item than the item itself.

I don't want to set up an account. You cannot check the status of an order without one. Then if you want to contact them, they want a text...your phone numbers.

Overstock of damaged goods. Thats all it is. It is ok to receive a damaged good, it can happen. However not taking into account the request for exchange is not ok. We purchased our table and chairs in store, it has been delivered one week later. The table was damaged and the customer service doesn't know anything besides that we have to do an online declaration and that it is supposed to take 10 days to get the answer. 10 days after still nothing, when you call the customer service they tell you post more questions on the customer service page online or send more emails so that the company notices they need more people to handle all complaints. Great thing to hear from an employee in customer service. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As others here, I wish I could give less than 1 star. What a scam! I bought a beautiful 8-piece comforter set for $45. With coupons I paid $35! A steal! But the thieving wasn’t mine. I received an email saying that they had to cancel my order because my item was out of stock. Well, it wasn’t out of stock. I found it back on the website, listed at $111.00! Bottom line—they didn’t want to sell it for $35. They wanted it sold at a much higher price. Talking to the customer service dept did nothing—I was offered a 15% coupon! Grrr...! Next step is an FTC complaint for questionable marketing tactics. After reading every ones reviews here, I think the FTC should hear from everyone of us!!

You can never delete your account or CC info UNETHICAL AND CUSTOMER-HOSTILE I would have given this company a 4 before I realized that they were capturing (as in, never going to delete) my credit card data. 5 years ago this company was doing a great job- I ordered a bunch of things and it all worked out. Now they're doing their best to get every business unit on autopilot so they can grab as much as they can before selling it off, merging, or going bankrupt. It's that tedious process that executive teams everywhere think is so clever. So, anyway ... I was making a purchase today and wanted to use a different card, but upon entering the info, I had no ability to delete the old card. Hm. Contacted customer support and they gave me directions to their "Don't steal my data the next time I purchase stuff" checkbox. (Overstock did a great job burying that option.) So essentially, you only get the chance to prevent them from holding onto your credit card data AFTER you've made a purchase and they've already captured it! Gotcha-capitalism hard at work! woo! I've sent messages to their CEO, VP of Customer Care and two Sr Directors of Customer Care, so we'll see if anyone has an interest in addressing this practice. I want my CC info gone and want all other personal data dumped. At this time, I'm just pulling all personal data that I can to make it useless to them. Got that trick from some random site online after searching "delete overstock account"- apparently many people have been unhappy with this policy (as they should be!).
