Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

There site leaves you to believe that products are being shipped from canada until you go through to point of paying, then presented with possible international fees etc.. Why then do they have an overstock.ca name if they are not operating in canada...seems misleading and thus would never deal with this site. I even tried to get an answer from their help agent asking why when the site says free shipping over $45 it is still adding shipping fees. They took over 10 min trying to waffle out of the answer that yes all product is in the US and shipped from the US, therefore the overstock.ca did not represent their true nature to the general public.

Worst online purchase ever!!!! Wish I could’ve given zero stars. Cheap crap!!!!! NOT A DEAL because you end up having to replace items. Their return policy is robbery.

RETURNS = THEFT. Seriously, just save yourself the hassle, no matter how good the deal is it is not worth purchasing from Overstock. Don't like the item you purchased? Well that is buyers remorse and they will literally steal your money instead of providing a refund. I purchased a rug, order total $68.51. When I returned it, I thought I was getting a $52 refund. $16 to ship, sucks but OK. NO, it was a $16 refund and they charged me $52 to return a $68 item! That is not a refund, that is legitimately stealing from the customer. Why on Earth would you ever spend money here if you can return for free at Amazon, Wayfair, and virtually every other competitor on the internet? Never considering Overstock ever again.

Ordered 2 more sofa covers to the UK and they have arrived today and are fine. Just wanted to say another thank you for fulfilling my order.

I will never order from Overstock again.

Take your money elsewhere. Bought supposedly authentic men’s Gucci Guilty cologne and it was a counterfeit product. Company refuses to extend a return/refund. They also refuse to take any responsibility for the phony product. Do not use Overstock for anything. Terrible company and lacking morals and business ethics.

Today is 02/15/2021... if you see this review please help share to everyone and try to stay away from Overstock.com. Here is how the story begins... I order 15 fences( chain link 6ft) from them for $2,400. A few hours after, I changed my mind and requested for cancelation. They said they already processed the payment and they can't cancel my order. I will have to wait until the items arrived and I have to request for a return so they will refund my money $2,400 back to me as soon as they receive their items back to them. I has been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing arrived, but they said their items ( the 15 fences I ordered) was arrived already so please return them to them. Honestly, I didn't see anything coming to my address. They may or may not have send the items to me. No one knows. Anyway I called and messaged them. They said give them 10 days to investigate why the items didn't get to my address as provided. So I wait for 5 to 6 days, and all the sudden, I got an email from them that my account has been closed and they are not able to provide any services for me which means they will not refund my $2,400 to me and I didn't get their items either... what kind of company is it... ??? How would you feel if you are in my shoe? What is your next step? I am not going to let this scam company scammed me like this... but take this as a lesson and don't ever buy anything from Overstock.com... what a scam company...
