Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

They claim a lot but don't follow through. Don't offer return shipping for defective items. Granted they drop ship most of their stuff like other retailers now but there are too many other options now from when they first came on the scene. Prices can be competitive but you take your chances.

I ordered what I thought was a platform bed with drawers and headboard....boy was I wrong. I only received the headboard. When I called and told them what my receipt ordered said I bought, they explained that the items were sold separately and there was no way to order without picking an option. I NEVER was given any "options" before checking out. The only way for me to get my money back was to send it back on my dime which would cost almost the same amount I actually spent. BE SMART, DON'T ORDER FROM OVERSTOCK.COM.

I’m very satisfied with every purchase that I’ve made from Overstock. My products are of great quality, great prices, and they arrive on the exact expected date if not earlier.

I purchased a television stand- fireplace. Everything seemed to be good for 9 months until I noticed that my TV stand warped right in the middle I bought this from Overstock through Amazon. I have to admit Amazon tried really hard to get me a refund or replacement they couldn't do it from them either.I suggested to Amazon that they quit carrying them as a seller if they're not going to service their furniture that has a one year warranty then what good are they and the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on which is no paper never again will I purchase anything from Overstock dot-com. Also there were five attempts to solve this problem with Overstock and Amazon had all three on the phone me them and Amazon didn't help they basically told me to just go shove it but Amazon did the best that they could. Those five phone calls took over 6 hours of my time and it's still not solved don't buy from overstock.com that is my best advice I can give

Heel vriendelijke en capabele verkoopster in de winkel in Hasselt. Levering twee dagen later. Heel tevreden over levering en product. Parasolvoet ter plaatse gebracht. Levering exact op afgesproken tijdstip. Super tevreden!

I ordered a blanket and then I realized I had already purchesed one the day before. Stupid mistake! So one minute later requested a cancel. Got three "not guaranteed" emails in the course of two days. Showed up at the door 9 days later. Now $20.00 to return. They won't be around much longer with such limited effort. Free returns are the norm now for companies that want to stay in business!
