I received a half-delivered sofa, with 3 holes in it. I spent $700 and am getting the run around with their customer service & no resolution. Don't buy from here, you will end up having to dispute with your Bank.

Zeer aangename bediening in de winkel van Kontich. Het was zeer druk maar de verkoopster Monica R nam haar tijd en gaf ons ook de tijd. Stoel werd zonder probleem onder andere tafel geschoven en naast mekaar gezet zodat we beter de kleur konden bepalen. -> levering is gisteren gebeurd volgens afspraak. 1 dag eerder dan ons werd medegedeeld kregen we een SMS met de tijdslot erin vermeld. 6min voor de effectieve levering kregen we nog een SMS dat de chauffeur onderweg was. Goederen zeer beschermd verpakt. Alles zag er netjes uit. Dezelfde dag nog alles in mekaar gezet. Enkel jammer dat we het tafelblad zelf moesten lijmen op het tafelframe, dit hadden ze op voorhand wel vermeld maar was toch wel even zweten opdat er niets fout zou lopen. Nu is het enkel nog genieten en natuurlijk afwachten hoe lang dit tuinset gaat meegaan, hopelijk lang ;-)

Terrible customer service. They lost my order during the shipping process, and rather than shipping out a new product and putting a tracer on the lost order, they put me into an indefinite holding pattern. I have called customer support several times, and the representatives lie about the length of the claim process, and can not tell you when there might be a resolution. Avoid Overstock.com, and use a more reputable company like Amazon or Wayfair instead. They actually care about their customers. Don’t use a credit card or bank account to pay for items here, and instead go through Paypal. Then you have more recourse to get a refund after Overstock screws up the order. I will NEVER buy here again.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They know nothing about my order or when it will be delivered. I would never do business with them again. They just dont care about there customers

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I wish I would have read reviews this place is garbage!! I Ordered two rugs totaling over 600$ . when they came they didn’t match I tried to return! I could only get one return slip to print so I called and asked them if this was right the woman said yes and that it was costing me 168.00 to return but if I became a member that it wouldn’t cost nothing but the membership fee! Well I needed too labels but after luggage for them into ups I shipped them in one box costing me 60$..three weeks later still no refund and then when I called they said the membership made it a in store credit which he was giving to me then! I don’t want an In store credit I never agreed to an in store credit! I asked for management there was none! That sounds about right! This place I thought would be more legit since it’s all over the place! Wayfair is the best use wayfair instead!

I tried canceling an order that hadn’t even shipped - I received an email that it wasn’t possible and when I called customer service I was told it would cost me over $180 to return. This is unacceptable for a product that hasn’t even shipped yet and when I asked if I could start the return process to just hand the driver the paperwork when they showed up, I wasn’t given a clear answer. I tried explaining my situation but their process needs a lot of work. I’m extremely disappointed.

Buyer beware!!! Bought an 8 piece luggage set, well only 3 pieces were in the box, long story short after many back and forth emails, they never sent my other pieces and offers Me 25$????? WHAT?? really, they are the cheapest because they rip you off in other ways and their O program they tried to push on me even though I live in Alaska and free shipping does NOT apply! Really? Lost this customer forever.
