I ordered a bathroom vanity. It arrived and was cheaply made. I called to return it snd was told it would cost me $170. If that was not bad enough the company never came when they said they would to pick it up. I’ve been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting fir a “ customer care” rep. What a joke. Never again

I haven't yet received my order. It's been weeks. So with that alone and not even having my item delivered I am giving them a one star. Overstock, no one wants to wait anymore. Catch up.

I purchased a bed (order #334221127) and one of the boxes had a broken part. I contacted Overstock and I got a replacement days later. When I opened the other box to assemble everything, I noticed some parts were missing. I contacted them again so they could send me the missing parts and I didn't have to return everything. Bottom line, It's been 20 days with no solution and they wanted to send me a whole new bed and force me to return the one that I already have assembled. Seriously, terrible customer service.

If you buy furniture from Overstock here is what will happen. After placing your order within a few days you will receive an email stating your order has shipped. A few weeks later when you check the link to track your item, you will find out that the link doesn't work. When you contact Overstock they will let you know that they need to reach out to "The Oversized Item Team" and will have an update in 1-2 business days. This will continue for another week until you receive a link to a portal to track your packaged via DeliveRight. DeliveRight is a 3rd party contracted by overstock who does not have direct contact with customer service, rather the "The Oversized Item Team". DeliveRight has zero visibility of the shipments origin, transit updates, tracking, etc... they are just waiting for the item to arrive at one of their hubs. At no point will be receive tracking, let alone even the faintest glimpse as to when the item could arrive. In short, don't buy from Overstock.

What a HORRIBLE company!!! Ordered a bedroom set and found it 12hrs later for almost $200 less. Tried to cancel but because item had been “processed” I couldn’t cancel!!! SERIOUSLY??? So now I’m forced to accept the items and get charged $76 to send back even though it hasn’t been SHIPPED!!! They are despicable!!! In an era when customer service means EVERYTHING, this company is a big fat ZERO!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

Slechte klantenservice! Zowel via telefoon en chat wordt ons keer op keer beloofd dat de incomplete levering wordt opgelost en nageleverd. Na twee maanden is het nog altijd niet compleet!
