Scam --- I ordered a billiard table for my son as a Christmas gift.Paid in full. It has been more than 7 days where as the shipping was fast and was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 7 days . Really very upset as when I try to track the item , it is coming up with a error. Would really advise ppl to stay away from the scam site .

I ordered a bed in the bag set in November as a Christmas gift for my son. It was the one thing he asked for. After repeated phone calls I was promised it was shipping. I had paid for it in full. The automated system said it was being delivered on the 8th of December. I still do not have my bed in the bag set. Every manager has told me they would call me back and I never get a return call. I am told the same thing every time...the warehouse is not responding to us. The warehouse is not in an area that has been affected by weather recently so that is not an excuse they can use. They tell me they cannot contact them by phone only email and they are not answering. To me this is unacceptable. You are clearly paying these people so shouldn't you have a way to make contact. If I ignored my bosses, I would no longer have a job. Now no bed set, out the money, and can't get one here in time for Christmas for my son. They are nothing but scam artists. They will never see another dime of my money. Basically they stole from me. Kept my money and can't contact the people who supposedly have my product. Thanks for nothing and thank you for letting down a kid......worst company I have ever tried to do business with.

Placed order on 8th Dec. Been 6 days and the order continues to show "Processing at warehouse". No one in customer service knows when this will be shipped, nor can they cancel the order. Meanwhile, credit card was charged the day I placed the order. Overstock is a joke for an ecommerce company, and with their current practices, has no future.

I purchased a console table for almost $500. It arrived with a crack on the back corner and importantly a crack on one of the drawers. I asked Overstock to have the drawer replaced and I would fix the crack on the corner. Overstock would not replace the drawer and asked me to take the console (almost 5’ wide snd 75 lbs) to UPS and send it back for a refund. I do not trust that the unit can be shipped without more damage and does not trust Overstock!

Obsoletely the worst customer service out there. I purchased two chairs and a coffee table. Chairs came in the wrong color and I've been working on trying to get this straightened out for over two weeks. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Crap company selling crap, damaged, defective products! Yeah - I was fooled by a Google search for the best price on an item - which led me to OverSTINK! Item arrived w/ damaged part which affected quality and duration of the item. The business model must be based on selling damaged "overstock". What a joke! Customer Service is a joke - telling me for weeks that they are awaiting supplier response, and offering $5 compensation. AVOID!!!

On 11/17/21 I ordered a wood dresser from Overstock.com. It arrived 11/19/21. I assembled it n put some clothes in it. Each day it leaned more to the left. It's flimsy cardboard! I want a refund!
