Early October, I bought an expensive medicine cabinet from Overstock. Received it about a week later. Since we did not need to install the medicine cabinet until the bathroom was completely tiled, the cabinet set in its box until it was time to install it. Last week, we finally reached the stage where it was time to install the rest of the bathroom. After opening the box containing the medicine cabinet, we discovered that one of the hinges of the cabinet was broken. This was a bit peculiar since the cabinet door which is a mirror, was totally intact...?? My guess is that the hinge was already broken when Overstock shipped the cabinet from its warehouse. I called Overstock to return the item and Overstock , declined to accept the return because it had been more than 22 days since the item was ordered. Take aways: 1. When ordering anything from Overstock, as soon as it arrives, check whether there was any damage during or prior to the transport. 2. Better still, stay away from Overstock.

Had a horrible 1st and only experience with Overstock. We had purchased what we thought was a dining room table set. It had been extremely delayed on delivery since they lost our item. Once it was found we received a link to set up a delivery time/date, we completed that, I arranged to worked from home since it was a required signature. The day of delivery we received a call asking us to set it up. Confused, I question it and the representative tells me that they don't see that companies schedule? So I had to reschedule. Now the item is here and its just the table. I went online and sure enough its just the table so I look to buy the chairs and can't find them yet I could still buy the exact item as a 5 piece set. When I called for assistance they told me the images were just stock and not necessarily...right? The customer service rep basically just said sorry and nothing could be done. When I questioned the return process he said I'd have to cover the shipping and wait for a email to come at some point with contact info and to talk about it and how it would work. I feel deceived and disappointed. I have a table with no chairs and no option to buy them. I will never buy from Overstock again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Bought a sofa from them Eleena 4-piece corner unit. I has no wooden frame or springs - just a block of foam with cloth covering. Same with the cushions very low density foam and that's it. You sit on this sofa and sink down halfway through the base almost to the floor there is no support whatsoever. I have never seen furniture built so chesply like thus before especially for $2390. I can not even sit on the sofa. It hurts my back too much.

Worst experience ever. Took a month for order to get delivered.....it was a sectional. It saw 50 miles away in a hub for over 3 weeks! Once I received it - they sent me two of the same sides. Total cluster mess. Stay away - dont go through this madness like we did. Absolutely a class 1 failure on all accounts.

ABSURD - bestelling van in APRIL 2021 nog steeds NIET geleverd. Door onkunde van Overstock een deel van onze lounge-set niet geleverd. Na vele telefoontjes en mails: ‘sorry niet meer in voorraad, we kunnen pas leveren in oktober’ We zijn nu DECEMBER en nog steeds geen levering! We krijgen steeds dezelfde boodschap: ‘dat er wel een nieuwe levering ingepland staat hoor’. Maar we ontvangen niets! Waar gaat dit eindigen? ABSURD

I bought a Anderson shoe hall tree for almost $200. Wanted to return because it did not fit the area I wanted to place it. Started refund process on the website and to return it they would charge me $106. It has not been taken out of the box and after reading reviews I will be lucky if all the parts are there and not broken. I will NEVER order from this company and tell everyone I know to not order from this company!

I've been dealing with overstock for years. Never really had any problems. Ordered a coat from one of their 3rd party sellers. Opensky , the coat had missing buttons. Terrible material just awful looking. I mailed it back via usps. They claim they haven't received it. It's been a nightmare. I want my money back on my card. I have spoken with numerous overstock representatives. I will not purchase anything from overstock again.

SLECHTSTE SERVICE OOIT In juli tuintafel aangekocht twv 2500 euro . Wordt uiteindelijk in november (!) aangeleverd als zelfbouwpakket, dit was niet vooraf gecommuniceerd. Zou nooit besteld hebben als ik had geweten dat ik een 3 meter lange tafel zelf in mekaar moest steken en lijkt me voor die prijs ook 'niet gebruikelijk'. Ik vergelijk dan met andere meubelwinkels aan dezelfde prijzen. Na het telefonisch contacteren van de winkel wordt ik verzocht op de website een klacht te openen bij de dienst naverkoop ... na 2 weken geen enkele reactie ...
