What a rip-off! I ordered a chaise lounge to relax as Im taking care of my mom on hospice. All that arrived for $85 was a lame thin cushion. Where’s the chair Overstock? No wonder why this company has financial problems! Then they are charging me $25 to return it! Outrageous! I hope they go out of business. Ill contact the Better Business Bureau if they don’t make this right.

Overstock used to be a pretty good (trustworthy) seller - I'm not sure what's changed but DON'T BUY from them unless you can afford 1) to wait for your item to never show up 2) to contact them only for them to ask you to wait another 2-days 3) contact them again only to be asked if you still want the item 4) if you say 'yes' with the exception that if they don't have the item in the color your ordered then please cancel and refund the order - then 5) see the following day that your order update now says they are waiting for you to 'return' the item 6) contacting support again they ask for you to wait one more day 7) contacting them again asking them to please either confirm that they are shipping the item or canceling/refunding the items ends with them asking you to please wait 3-5 business days for them to make the correction that you are actually 'not returning the item' -- so I'm at day 1 of waiting the now 3-5 more days. Based on other reviews it seems likely that this will not be over in 3-5 more days - meanwhile I've missed other credible store sales while my money is tied up at Overstock.com (we were purchasing a set of bar stools). Never again that's for sure...

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I purchased a chair over $200. It arrived and was horribly uncomfortable. Upon returning they charged me over $100 (shipping both ways). DONT SHOP WITH THEM.

10 days and still waiting for coffee maker. Keep extending delivery date. Blaming late delivery on Ukraine situation. Last purchase I will make with overstock. Showed up after 10 days. Program button on coffee maker does not work.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered a bedroom set July 27. It is now August 30 and I still haven't received anything. They use a shipping company called YRC freight and they have a Google rating of 2 out of 5. Customer service keeps telling me they are escalating to someone else. Ask for a supervisor, get put on hold, then they hang up. Overstock.com is a scam. 100% SCAM. I wish I had the money to do a class action lawsuit against these people.

I ordered the reclaimed shelf on overstock paid I believe $60 for it, it was not big enough and I wanted to send it back and I was told all I get back is $27, how disappointing that they gouge you one way or the other, from now on I'm sticking with Amazon they back you.
