I ordered this product size by mistake. I was on hold to cancel the order since it didn’t let me cancel it online. It was only 45min and they declined a cancellation stating it was already processed and the order was at the warehouse. This had to be untrue because the order was delayed. They refused to just cancel the order, so I had to wait for the delivery truck to come by to refuse the product. Now I also have to wait another 7+days for them to confirm the product was returned; because calling the warehouse is just too hard of a job. Then wait 3-5days for the refund.
Overstock is horrible and waited days of my time for missing the cut off cancellation time by 15min. By the way the 15min late time was waiting for their horrible customer service. Never again will I order from this company!!

Seriously lacking in quality control
First time ordering a set of drawers. Missing parts on the legs and one drawer doesn’t close. Come on people - do some quality control before you ship out products and avoid all the hassle of customers calling, repackaging, lifting heavy items and returning. It’s not rocket science!! Thoroughly disappointed.

Horrible Customer Service
I tried to post a review 3 times on the Overstock site but Overstock kept rejecting them. I have sat on this review for months but I feel compelled to write this to hopefully prevent others from experiencing my pain.
Here goes......this was my original review that was rejected.
WARNING - Both Dresser and bed arrived damaged. This is going to be a loooooong one. Let's just say that after spending THOUSANDS of dollars with Overstock over the last few years that after this experience I will never order from Overstock again. Let's start with the arrival date of the product. It arrived early, which during these times of delivery delays is a miracle. While this would normally be wonderful I had a move planned and wanted the delivery closer to my move date. The early delivery put my opening of the product outside of the warranty window. Not an issue if the product hadn't been defective but it was. The day after my move the bed was set up and my boyfriend and I were super excited to try it out. While we were a bit surprised that a King size bed would only have 4 slats and no center support (we have had many platform beds over the years) after rereading the product description and confirming that a box spring wasn't needed we climbed aboard. BAD idea. The bed immediately collapsed. Only minutes before one of my cats had been under the bed and if she had still been would have been crushed. I contacted customer service the next day only to be told that my bed was out of warranty. WHAT!! After I explained my situation I was told by the Customer Service rep that she would have someone from the Oversized product team contact me. I was expecting a phone call but instead got an email and thus began the phone call, email dance. Not a fun one. I was able to finally get agreement to send us 1 new board and 2 legs but after examining the bed realized that the other 3 slats/legs were also damaged. Another email dance began. I finally got confirmation that the 3 other slats/legs would be shipped and was provided a tracking #. While I was waiting for the new parts, like a kid waiting for Santa to arrive on Christmas, I got a voicemail and an email from yet another Customer Service rep telling me that it was out of warranty and if I needed new parts that I would have to pay for them. He obviously didn't know that the parts were already on their way. I was afraid to say anything lest they redirect the shipment. After multiple delays the parts arrived on Christmas Eve. The package was delivered to my old address but fortunately it was only 3 miles from my current address. After 30 days of sleeping with a mattress on the floor we were finally able to sleep in a bed that I had purchased months before. (Truly a Christmas miracle) I should note that this bed should not be used without bunkie boards and a carpet beneath. No one told me about either within the many emails and the product description/questions answered do not note this either. Add an additional $600 to the purchase for bunkie boards and an area rug. So you would think that the fun was over but nooooooooo. Now that there was room to set up the dresser we entered the garage where it had been living within its protective box for weeks. We opened what looked like a pretty well packed box to only find a dresser with a crack on both the front and back of the top of the left side. When I notified customer service of this I was again given the "it's out of warranty" mantra. I'm taking my business elsewhere and recommend that all considering this product do the same.

Oh no NEVER AGAIN
Oh no NEVER AGAIN! If you want to buy something go to Amazon! Overstock does not stand by the products or whatever third sellers they are using! Some of the pictures are misleading you may end up buying an item based on what you’re seeing in the picture thinking you are getting that and get something else instead! Don buy from overstock there’s a reason why the ratings are so low outside of their website. I should’ve done my research before hand

$1,894.32 Range hood arrived damaged, trying for weeks to get refund.
Edit: Refund pending in my account as of today, 13 September 2022. Still waiting for carrier to pick up range hood.
I am completely at a loss as to why it is so difficult to process a return. My very first attempt to return this item was 20 August 2022, the day the damaged range hood arrived. It is now 7 September 2022, and I have yet to have this issue resolved after repeated attempts on my part to do so.
After being an Overstock customer since at least 2011, this will be the last item I purchase from Overstock. And at this point, I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau, the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office Consumer Protection Unit, the California Attorney General’s Office, and proceeding with a formal complaint through my attorney.
I have contacted Overstock over four times now to get this range hood picked up from my house, returned, and money refunded.
As I mentioned when I contacted Overstock customer support the previous three times regarding receiving this damaged range hood:
The box arrived with holes, tears, dents, etc. The range hood is dented on both the left and right sides. I offered to provide images each time.
We have since purchased the exact same range hood from a local Lowe’s store, and upon unboxing that range hood, we recognized that I had, in fact, been shipped a previously returned range hood from Overstock. We know this as when we unboxed the range hood from Lowe’s, we saw all the extra packing material protecting the hood that did not exist in the box shipped from Overstock.
So not only was I shipped a previously returned hood from Overstock, it was not packaged properly and arrived damaged. I have no idea at this point if it was already damaged before being shipped to me, if it was damaged during shipment to me, or both. But this is entirely unacceptable.
I have provided the photos, as requested, screenshots from my initial attempt at requesting a return, and chat sessions from my previous chats. I also have photos showing how the range hood from Lowe’s was packaged as compared to how the range hood from Overstock was packaged.
Absolutely, some of the worst customer service I have received from a company.

Shady payment trap
They updated their payment system and even though I changed my Auto Pay setting they still drained my bank account.

Literally one of the worst companies on…
Literally one of the worst companies on planet earth. Not only do they take six weeks to deliver what they guaranteed would be there in two - when they finally show up, they fail to set up what they were paid extra to do. Then, instead of making it right and immediately sending someone out to set the stuff up, they refund your set up money, leaving you with giant, unmovable boxes in your living room. Will never do business with these apathetic, obtuse creeps again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND OVERSTOCK!
I have purchased so many home furnishings from Overstock, I even have a credit card with them. I recently made an $800+ purchase that had a promo balance due by the end of the month. I made 5 payments that month to cover this balance and I was still charged the finance charge on my account. I called in and spoke with 4 different representatives that I could barely understand with theit heavy accents. They did not help me but rather told me to log onto my account and send an email and they will "take care of the finance charges" for me. Well I just received my bill wwith no adjustment and was told they cannot help me. They also NEVER replied to my emails and told me over the phone I should have contacted them sooner. As in the 4 phone calls and 3-messages on my account I already made?? This is unfair and now I am stuck paying over $200 in interest on a promo balance I paid off! If i was in the wrong and paid it late that would be on me. BUT this is NOT the case I made 5 payments in one month total the promo balance and they are still not adjusting this error THEY MADE! I will not be shopping here anymore!! This is UNFAIR and customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!
