Well so far everything's great. We got the product a day early we got the right product and it is an artificial tree and even though we haven't opened it yet to its fullness it looks like it's going to be a pretty full little tree like what we wanted. I'm not going to say anything bad about them right now. Going to see how the tree shapes up.

Bought living room furniture from Overstock and I was the one that found out my order had been damaged in shipping and would not be arriving because I got the run around. Then they escalated getting me a new set that arrived at the airport a mile from my house on 11/2/2022. They use Ceva logistics which is probably the worst shipping company. Three deliveries have not shown up with no communication. Overstock really doesn't seem to care or want to concern themselves with the fact I have been waiting for furniture since 9/6/22 and have been promised over and over they are resolving the issue. Thanksgiving at my house with no furniture should be fantastic!!!

Although their items are competitively priced,I think it’s a it’s a sales pitch when ordering and delivery dates are given. The majority of my items we’re delayed…Even when I ordered two of the exact same item – only one was delivered and now I’m waiting probably another two weeks beyond the promised initial date. So if you think you going to receive your items on time – think again. I believe that overstock states a delivery date just to get your sale!zero-stars. But it doesn’t allow this!Been on hold three times for over an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor!

I called to make a payment and the young lady was not nice. Then she called me back and blocked her number, twice and when I answered she cussed me out . How can we trust our info is safe and who wants to do business with a company like this anyway. Needless to say I have closed this acct!

I purchased two rugs from Overstock, one was perfect, the other just a little too large for the area. I mistakenly thought their return policy was like every other internet store I have bought from. How wrong I was. I started a return, shipped it back and they refunded me $18.73 for a $127.00 rug. The shipping was over $70 because I had "buyer remorse". This is a warning THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Closed my account for no reason. No warning. Dropped my credit limit at $500 down to closed account. Always paid statement on time, often before due date and more than minimum due. They are a rotten company.

I ordered a comforter from them in turquoise color, when I got it, it was beige. My receipt I printed off has the turquoise color. when I called customer service, they said that only the Beige was instock, so they sent that, so now they want to charge me over $20 to return the product, when it was their mistake. I read reviews on them, and I should have listened to the people on these reviews, on how bad customer service is and not bought anything from there. People when you read reviews please heed the warnings and don't order anything from this company.
