Ive had a positive overall experience with overnight aligners. I finished recently after a 6 month course and my teeth look exactly how i wanted them too which is very reassuring as i was worried they were too far gone when i started. I found them comfortable to wear and not really noticeable to anyone which was also a plus. I think they are a great find for the price and would recommend to others.

I had a good journey overall with overnightsmile. I was pleased with their customer service and found them to be helpful most times i contacted. Most importantly i am happy with my smile outcome which was exactly as the prediction showed. I was concerned initially as the price was very good but it all worked out well and i would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable teeth straightening company.

My experience was, overall, really positive; I am happy with the outcome and despite a few delays OvernightSmile provided aligners that have improved my teeth and confidence in 4 months. The customer support was helpful, prompt and fair and I am glad that I used OvernightSmile and highly recommend them as a much more affordable alternative for teeth straightening.

A total waste of time and money! Customer service is awful. You have to strictly take daily pictures of your aligners in your mouth, otherwise you are not covered for any refinements. They lack compassion! Despite my regular phone calls and photos saying my teeth hadn't moved, they assurmed me my teeth/aligners are on track with the programme. Really feel ripped off! They wanted me to pay again to have a re-mould and extra aligners. Why would I even use them again when they were unsuccessful the first time round? You can't beat seeing a 'qualified orthodontist in person'. Avoid them!

Really happy with how it all turned out. Would recommend. Retainers came quick and were easy to use no real problems

Very good results after finishing the ons alignment system. I would definitely recommend. Had no problems and was all very easy. I had upper and lower jaws and moderate crowded teeth and was all fixed in 5 months.

Terrible customer service and poor results. I’ve been using my aligners for four months and I see very minimal difference in my teeth. It is a nightmare to get a hold of anyone. They tell you to check in regularly however this is an email which they don’t acknowledge or respond to. Update 30/08/25: Got a call from a very aggressive guy from ONS, hung up on him and he continued to ring me back 3 times which I got my partner to record. The minute I told him that he was harassing me, he hung up. The customer service is abysmal, he was not ringing to resolve my issue but to chastise me for my review. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism.

The product is just about okay, but it doesn’t perform the job properly or as advertised.What really ruined the experience was the customer service: absolutely rubbish. No help, no accountability, and no interest in resolving issues. I expected better, especially for something as important as dental care. Wouldn’t recommend. Responding to your comments : I’ve already provided all the necessary details — including emails, pictures, and full documentation — so it’s disappointing to see your response focused on questioning the validity of my review rather than addressing the actual issue. The product itself might have potential, but in the wrong hands — namely your customer service team — it becomes a frustrating experience. That’s precisely why I believe it’s not worth it. Instead of accountability or support, I’ve received deflection and delay. This kind of service is especially unacceptable when it comes to something as important as dental care.
