McGivern DiamondsReviews of overnightdiamonds.com

I would recommend anyone looking for an A+ experience from start to finish to deal with McGivern Diamonds. From the helpful information that the owner gave me over the phone and through email to the speed at which they processed and shipped my order, I could not have asked for a better company to do business with. My engagement ring showed up not more than 20 minutes ago and I instantly felt inclined to share my amazing experience. I know that my (hopefully) future fiancee will love it. Thanks again Michael!

First time for me to purchase jewelry/diamonds online, and it's a little scary at best. Michael was available and very helpful. I received my order in time and am very pleased with the product. I would use him again and would not hesitate to purchase diamonds again from him.

Michael McGivern answers the phone, replies promptly to emails, and goes the extra mile to earn a 5 star rating from me. After I ordered an engagement ring, I email him to ask if he could get it to me 3 days early, as we were leaving for Jamaica, where I planned to pop the question; I even offered to pay an additional fee. Despite the holidays, his prompt response was "I think I can do this. There will be no extra charge." I received it on the exact day I requested. Thanks!

I would recommend McGiven Diamonds to anyone seeking great value and quality with world class customer service

A consumer couldn't ask for better customer service, more honest opinions, or quicker delivery than from Mike. I'll be using McGivern again without a second thought.

As I began my search for the perfect engagement ring, I was unsure about all the important components of what is need for the perfect ring. Living in NY, I was very skeptical of the jewelers that was at my Disposal. I consulted a good friend that referred me to Michael McGivern of McGivern Diamonds. Not only did I never met Mike in person, my complete transaction was done via email. Go figure coming from NY .. The service I received was beyond expectation. Mike was at my beck and call every time I had a question. He even assisted me in choosing the right design. His pricing is very fair and he delivered 100% of what was discuss in the beginning of the transaction. I plan on using Mike for all my personal custom jewelry work. After sending a diamond solitaire in for reconditioning after approximately five years of wear, the ring was serviced at no,charge, and it came back to me extremely quickly and in gorgeous condition...like new! We look forward to purchasing more rings for our ten year anniversary...definitely a great company to work with.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a wedding band for my fiancee--guessing the ring size (it was to be a surprise). Mike assured me that he would resize the ring at no extra charge and did so in a very, very timely fashion. When I sent the ring back, he resized it and mailed it back to me the same day. The ring is exquisite, and my fiancee loves it (and I love seeing it on her finger). Thank you so much!
