Did poor repair of my mother's ring!
I took my mother's wedding ring that I wanted to wear to have resized. Ring was resized, but the band broke! I took it in and was told that the setting was too large for the band. I asked why wasn't I told that when I brought it in before. I would have done what was needed at that time. I took it to another jeweler and it repaired the correct way. It looks beautiful now. That jeweler said it should have been done for free from you! My husband and I have done business with you several times in past. We liked your father much better! Never will step foot in your business again or will I refer to anyone either! Vicki Hetrick

First, let me apologize for any misunderstanding. According to our records, you were in approx. 2 years ago for a ring sizing. The band broke on the side, no where close to where it was sized, and the ring was bent on the sides. Even still, we offered to fix this at no charge. I am sorry you were upset, and we did not do a better job conveying that we were willing to fix the issue, however you left before we even had an opportunity to discuss other solutions. Either way, if you call me at your convenience, I will gladly send you a check - a refund in full, for the repair we did 2 years ago.
