Purchased my second item through McGivern's diamonds and I can't recommend enough. They custom designed a ring setting based on a picture of a similar ring and it looks impeccable. Every response seemed to come minutes after sending a question. Both prices and services are excellent!

Mike, You offer a service and a professionalism unsurpassed by any other jeweler I have worked wth. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and our ring shopping came to a halt when I had to have unexpected surgery, chemo & radiation for breast cancer, so a year later, still on disabilty from toxicity, my husband had a heart attack while I was in the middle of treatments, and we are now celebrating 40 years of the day we met, we were on the search again. We wanted a very special diamond ring, to replace my wedding set. I received my ring in record time, and it is gorgeous. The designers did wonderful work. They really know what they are doing, and what timing! I am just amazed at what they accomplished in a relatively short time. My second purchase from McGivern's and certainly not my last. Mike was willing to work with me on a special item for my wife's Christmas gift. Actually increased the diamond size with no additional charge to "make it look right"! I would most highly recommend this company!

Buying a diamond sight unseen on the internet had me nervouse at best. I did months of research before making a purchase so I was definitely an 'informed buyer', but still had my doubts. McGivern Diamonds offered a great return policy and after speaking directly with Mike my fears disapeared. He confirmed that the diamond I had selected (.78ct, J color, SI1, excellent cut, symmetry and polish) was one of his favorites, referring to and reading me his notes, and made sure that I was completely informed and comfortable. The diamond arrived in two days and I cannot overstate how beautiful it is, it literally looks like it has a fireworks display captured inside. I put it on my pinky and walked around the house and saw that every little ray of light sets it afire. I used a 7x loupe to see if I could find the 'twinning wisp' and saw nothing, but did notice that the setting was perfect. All I need now is for my girlfriend to say 'yes' when I pop the question on Christmas morning! Many thanks to Mike and team.

A spontaneous gift idea the week before Christmas, a call to Michael and the solution delivered in less than a week. When I called Michael, he looked up my past purchase--maybe 10 years ago---remember the item he made and it was like I saw him last month. His pricing is so transparent you can see you are getting a very good price, and his personal service can't be beat. I did visit his shop years ago as I was concerned about buying over the internet. Never a problem with deliver or security. Try finding IF-D perfect diamonds at a chain store!!! Simply the best.
