I was referred to Outpost by a friend of a friend who is a member. This has been one of the best referral I have had. Outpost has a quick, flexible and accommodating rental process. I like their frequent communication, member services, security etc. I just recently renew my lease with Paj Perez, I was impressed, Paj was extremely helpful, patient and very responsive during the process. What could have been stressful was very easy. Thanks Paj. Thanks Outpost

Not appropriate sales people.
Response from OutpostSep 18, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. After carefully reviewing the situation, we determined that there was no error on the part of our sales agent. The room was offered to you at the time, but availability can change quickly due to the high demand for our accommodations. By the time you returned with your decision, the room had already been rented to another resident. We understand that this may have been frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding. Our sales agent is continuing to work with you to find a suitable alternative that meets your needs.

The Crown Heights apartment I was in was dirty; the shower had mold, the bedroom’s AC did not work, the kitchen was dirty, and the washing machine and dryer were rusted, as well as the move was difficult due to the lack of elevator and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I then moved to the Williamsburg apartment and it is also not as it was promised in the photos, the apartment does not have a living room, but in regards of cleanliness it is an improvement from the Crown Heights apartment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding the Crown Heights apartment, we take comments about cleanliness, maintenance, and the condition of appliances seriously. We would be happy to review the maintenance history for the apartment and the specific concerns raised during your stay. We also understand that moving into a walk-up building can be challenging, particularly when carrying belongings up several flights of stairs. Regarding the Williamsburg apartment, we are concerned by the statement that the apartment was not as represented in the photos. Our listings are intended to accurately represent the properties, although furnishings, layouts, and common-area configurations can vary between apartments. We are glad to hear that you found the Williamsburg apartment to be an improvement in terms of cleanliness. Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to investigate the concerns you raised regarding both apartments.
