The Crown Heights apartment I was in…
The Crown Heights apartment I was in was dirty; the shower had mold, the bedroom’s AC did not work, the kitchen was dirty, and the washing machine and dryer were rusted, as well as the move was difficult due to the lack of elevator and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I then moved to the Williamsburg apartment and it is also not as it was promised in the photos, the apartment does not have a living room, but in regards of cleanliness it is an improvement from the Crown Heights apartment.

Regarding the Crown Heights apartment, we take comments about cleanliness, maintenance, and the condition of appliances seriously.
