Good experience with Outpost, with some room for improvement
Overall, I had a positive experience with Outpost during my four-month internship in New York. Outpost helped me find suitable accommodation and was very helpful in making sure I had a place that suited my needs. The accommodation I eventually stayed in was good and worked well for me during my internship. I really enjoyed my four months in New York. One area that could be improved is communication. Sometimes it wasn’t completely clear who to contact with a question, and in some cases it took quite a long time to receive a response. The communication regarding the security deposit was also difficult at first, although this was eventually resolved and I have now received my full deposit back. Overall, I had a good experience with Outpost. I appreciated the help I received in finding suitable accommodation and enjoyed my stay. With faster and clearer communication, the overall experience could be even better.
