No delivery. Chasing for refund. Will never use again.

Laut Shop werden Bestellungen innerhalb von 3-5 Geschäftstagen geliefert (Standardlieferung). Super. Bestellung über 3 Artikel abgesendet und freudig auf die Zustellung gewartet. Nichts ist passiert. Nach 12 Tagen habe ich den Support kontaktiert. Antwort: "Bedauerlicherweise kommt es momentan aufgrund eines hohen Volumens zu geringen Verzögerungen des Versands." Eine Woche später habe ich erneut den Support kontaktiert und um Storno der Bestellung gebeten. Antwort: "Ihre Bestellung befindet sich noch in Bearbeitung in unserem Warenhaus." Ein Storno sei nicht mehr möglich. Weitere 4 Tage später dann die Nachricht, dass 2 von 3 Artikeln nicht mehr lieferbar sind. Der dritte Artikel wurde versendet. Urlaubsbedingt konnte ich die Sendung nicht mehr annehmen, sie wurde im GLS-Paketshop eingelagert. Als ich aus dem Urlaub zurückkam, war die Sendung bereits wieder auf dem Weg zurück zum Händler. Die 20%-Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung, den mir ASICS als Entschädigung zugesendet hat, werde ich ganz sicher nicht einlösen. Immerhin wurde der Betrag für die nicht lieferbaren Artikel bereits zurückerstattet. Ich warte nun noch auf die Gutschrift des zurückgesendeten Artikels. Danke für Nichts!

The pricing is great. Products are genuine but its always a hit or a miss when it comes to delivery. last time i ordered missed an item , never shipped or returned the money instead a sorry and a 20% discount code. This time item arrived late, sent the wrong size and now to return it, The returns page does not work. Can contact them only online , and funny that the phone number is advertised on the site , when u call it just says sorry we dont take calls. Every mail gets a reply but i doubt whether they even read them, gets a very standard reply. i would be very careful next time i buy. paying 10 pounds more in the outlet store is defnitely worth than pulling your hair out waiting for the item and the hazzle afterwards. Lesson learned The Asics outlet store is far better. Great staff. very helpful

Na een aantal weken eindelijk mijn schoenen binnen. Geen reactie van customer service over levertijd. Vervolgens was 1 van de schoenen al na 1 week om te buigen mijn oude asics gt 2000 8 van 1 jaar oud waren in betere staat. Gevraagd voor garantie, echter ontkent asics dit als een defect. Schandalig ga hier nooit meer bestellen.

Un bon conseil passez votre chemin les prix sont attractif mais vous ne recevrez probablement jamais votre commande, En effet j'ai commandé deux fois et je n'ai jamais reçu mes commandes la première fois colis perdu par UPS la deuxième fois client absent alors que j'étais bien présent Passez votre chemin,

Not sure why many people got issues but I've been their customer for a yearbor two and I only had issues with 1 of my orders recently because of the new brexit regulations. That order wasn't processed for 11 days and I got automatic refund to my paypal account, 2 days later received an email frm them saying sorry and they gave me 20% off my next purchase so bought a pair of GoreTex trail runners for only £60 when the same shoes are £99 at Sportsshoes.com . Now it took them 5 days to process but within 2 days I had my trail shoes delivered from Germany. Most companies moved to Amsterdam or Germany because of Brexit like Reebok, Adidas, Nike, Under Armour and Hollister so if you don't have patience you can buy from SportsDirect where you have to pay for shipping plus your return but NOT with Asics. Shipping is free and returns also fast and free if you register on their website. So no complaints here, you have to browse every week what they have on discount and just buy it, not when you need trainers in 2 days. Btw you can download a UPS app where you can track your parcel soon as they posted so again you will see where it comes from (Germany or France)

My transaction with ASICS Outlet went smoothly. Feedback from the company kept me informed of purchase at every stage of delivery. I saved £47 on my Nimbus 22 compared to RRP - a fantastic saving of almost a third. I think the running shoe is expensive but performs brilliantly. ASIC quoted five working days for delivery and it was exactly that, and UPS courier performed equally as well with excellent tracking app. Will definitely purchase from ASICS Outlet again.

Rare website wel, order geplaatst, bevestiging ontvangen. Vervolgens 10 dagen niks gehoord! Mail gestuurd, hiervan een bevestiging ontvangen, verder niks. Gebeld, nummer was niet bereikbaar. Wilde na ruim 10 dagen juist boze mail sturen, werden de Asics schoenen in eens geleverd! Dus ere wie ere toekomt, de schoenen zijn geleverd! Maar ga het hier niet nog een keer doen. Vreemde gang van zaken en veel negatieve reviews!
