No se si seguir enviando emails, en plan regateo de zoco, o aceptar el 70 %. Por supuesto NUNCA más compraré en esa página

Nie polecam. Buty kupione niby w promocji, dodatkowe rabaty 30%, Black friday itp. itd. Nigdy nie wysłane, towar anulowany. Po 2 tygodniach wyświetla dostępność rozmiaru, zamówienie i znów anulacja. 3razy podchodziłem do tych butów po wyświetleniu dostępności i ciągłe anulowanie. W systemie mają burdel, obsługa beznadziejna. W drugim przypadku to samo, najpierw anulowano, potem zwiększyłem zamówienie o jedną parę i nagle z niedostępnych okazuje się że dwie pary wysyłają. Cyrk na kółkach! Piszą- nie zamawiać bo błąd w systemie i brak produktu, po czym zamawiamiam parę dni później i to x2 i nagle są i wysyłka... Tragedia

I purchased a pair of Gel-Sonoma 6 G-TX trail running shoes last month for running 3 miles to work and 3 miles back. The first time I used these in the rain (not even off road), by the time I arrived at work my feet were wet on the soles and toes. This was not due to rain entering through the opening in the shoe as just below my ankles was not wet. I contacted the Asics customer service team who advised that I should contact Gortex. I have since, repeatedly pointed out that my contract is with Asics who supplied the product NOT Gortex, and that the shoes are not fit for purpose. Their so called 'customer service advisor' just keeps saying that if the shoes aren't visibly damaged (which they are not), it is not their issue and constantly passes their legal responsibility to Gortex. My advice to anyone is DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SPORTSWEAR FROM THIS COMPANY, and based upon my current experience switch to a different make of running shoe.

Il sito mi è stato suggerito dal servizio clienti di asics.com, per poter trovare modelli non più presenti sull'altro sito. Per me è stato un ottimo servizio. Sito abbastanza facile da sfogliare, Ordine facile da eseguire, tanti tipi di pagamento, prezzo spedizione nella norma e, ancor meglio : consegna gratuita al punto "di raccolta" più vicino, servizio clienti, in italiano un po' lento, in inglese disponibile immediatamente per il tracciamento. Molto, molto bene!
