Sadly seem to be being ignored by customer sevice regard a faulty unit that is meant to have a warranty. It will charge but then is functionless and will not start when pressed. Left in limbo. 04.06.26 : very patchy response turnaround, turning into a real effort to get an outcome re the warranty. Only seemed to get a response after 3 or 4 ignored emails recently when a review had been posted. Shame, when the product worked it was good. Customer services / warranty side severly lacking in my experience. 17.06.26 - I finally had an email on 05.06.26 that a free replacement unit would be sent at no cost, I provided details for shipping etc. I chased this on 09.06.26 having heard or received nothing, I had a response on the 16.06.26 at 23:41 stating that it had been escalated for confirmation but was still pending review and they'd get back when they had an update on delivery time frame etc. I have now given up on this as it's become a massive waste of my time and because we use one rather than waiting in the dark like this will have to purchase again, albeit another brand. This was first raised on 25.05.26 and im still nowhere. annoyingly we spent money on one of their outin fino grinders also.
