Ottimo servizio di assistenza. Purtroppo avevano finito le scorte europee del prodotto che avevo ordinato. Mi hanno inviato mail di scuse. Rimborsato immediatamente l’ordine ed anche fatto un gradito omaggio. Non ho ancora provato il prodotto (l’ho ordinato su Amazon nel mentre), ma sembra molto bello. Aggiornerò la recensione una volta provato.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. She absolutely loves that she can have fresh espresso wherever she's at. My dad and sister called me to thank me that they never had to stop for coffee during their road trip.

We purchased it as we all love espressos and carrying it around seemed like a light weight and avoided purchasing expensive espresso on the go. The counter space we have too is so limited that this was a no brainer. I have been using it with hot water to get more out of the battery. I am also going to order the nano basket to be able to make a double shot. I wish there was a pack that had both in one. What i loved was the option to use ground coffee and not just the pods. I am in love with this device. Great product, good battery life and fantastic quality:

Je modifie mon avis sur la cafetière qui avait un problème de percussion des capsules mais Outin a réagi en m envoyant une nouvelle cafetière je suis habitué à cette cafetière et en camping car c'est l idéal merci pour la réactivité jpaul dijkman

The Outin Nano is so easy to use, whether you are using the Nespresso pods your your own ground coffee. It makes an excellent cup of espresso on the go. Is it the best coffee out there, no, but it is extremely good for being so convenient and portable to have espresso anywhere, anytime! The Nano is great quality and heats the water for you in just a couple of minutes. I would recommend the Nano to anyone that wants the option to have a good shot of espresso anytime you want.
