The Outin Mino has a design flaw - the cup has to be attached to use in the manner described in the manual, ie. placed on a table. But if it's attached, the liquid leaks everywhere when the coffee is made. The 'customer support' told me that the cup wasn't on tightly enough, then changed their mind and told me it should 'hang loosely'. Which it can't do, and contradicts the advice regarding burns and scalds. It will only work with a stand (not supplied), which limits it's attraction for on the go use. Outin sent a replacement, which did exactly the same, then processed a refund, although wouldn't pay for the return postage. Avoid.

All my friends recommend me this and I tried my friends once then I love it. Now I placed my own order. Can’t wait my own one😍

Simply the best

OutIn is best for me. I have Mino, Nano and Grinder. My coffee point is everytime usable. Home, on the road....

I have owned a Nano about 18 months love it it Travels with me frequently to the Nordics. On my last visit to Copenhagen I happened to leave the portafilter in the hotel room, contacted Outin and although they don’t do spares (May be you should for the Portafilter and coffe press/capsule holder with availability on Amazon) they arranged a replacement all I had to do was cover the cost of shipping! Great Customer service that makes you stick to a brand 😁
