When I purchased this product the website added a "Shipping insurance" for $8.35 without me opting in. Shipping was free, and while I ordered quickly, I would have expected that to be called out as an add-on somewhere. This is a pretty sleazy practice in my opinion, and a support case is pending. I haven't opened the coffee maker yet and I intend to return it if this shipping insurance isn't refunded. I will update the review if they actually give a refund. Update to the review - They have processed a refund for the shipping insurance, and they have also give me an additional $20 refund to update my review. I have checked, and their website still has the shady shipping insurance automatically applied to the order, and there is a checkout button, and a less obvious "check out without shipping insurance button" While I do appreciate the refund, they are still engaging in the practice and this is a site about trust. I don't find myself trusting this company at the moment, but I have changed to 3 stars to reflect appreciation for the quick refund and extra $20 for consideration.

I prodotti OutIn sono molto validi e li consiglio. Quello che mi fa perdere un po’ la fiducia è la lentezza del servizio clienti. Con prodotti così di qualità, mi aspettavo un servizio clienti differente. Volevo anche acquistare la nuova Nano 2, ma non mi sento di potermi fidare del tutto. Se qualcosa dovesse andare storto sembra che sarò abbandonata a me stessa e non parliamo di prodotti economici. Spero che questo messaggio venga preso come invito a migliorare il servizio, perché i prodotti sono validi!

Die Produkte von Outin sehen erstmal ganz praktisch aus. Das Kochen eines Espressos dauert aber ewig. Die Mühle macht Dreck ohne Ende und Lieferfenster werden gerne nach Hinten ausgeweitet. Ich würde mir so ein Set nicht nochmal holen. Dann lieber nen Coffee to go.

Honestly I’ve been using their previous products and is pretty good so I decided to buy their latest product , but unfortunately they told me the gift set I choose is not available in UK warehouse and they can only ship it or post from the main warehouse in Shenzhen, China, but I have to pay the customs duties fee when it reaches here in UK , spending a high amount of money on their product and then pay customs duties fee I think is too much so I found another brand from same country and they will take care of customs duties fee from their side without paying extra from my side,

Situation assez lunaire, je passe une commande le 12 juillet, nous sommes le 22 m'a commande est toujours marquées comme confirmé et en attente d'expédition, alors que j'ai été débité le 12 juillet, donc 10 jours sans aucun changement... Je contacte le service client afin d'avoir des infos sur l'état de ma commande, et chose étonnante apparemment il ne retrouve pas mon numéro de commande dans leur système et sont censés effectuer une recherche manuelle...2jours se sont écoulés et pas de nouvelles...pour un cadeau censé être offert le 25 c'est vraiment génial, malgré une relance totalement ignorée je n'ai toujours pas d'information sur ma commande. Modif : Après de multiples échanges avec le service client et un geste commercial généreux de leur part accompagné d'excuses, j'ai enfin reçu ma commande le 31 juillet, donc au bout de 19 jours. D'après les explications, le produit étai marqué comme disponible sur le site mais ils ne l'avaient plus en stock. ( J'ai quand même été encaissé le jour de la commande pour un article non dispo mais bon...) Le produit a l'air quali et l'emballage est soigné. La livraison en direct depuis la Chine a été assez rapide. Je relève la note de 1 a 3 étoiles.

The Customer Support experience is totally lacking. I expected more after I decided to buy into this brand, considering its priced rather high compared to other products. Prior to this, I was using my NOWpresso: a kickstarter project, which had since gone defunct. Product is definitely promising but it will be a gamechanger if customer service is just as proactive and responsive.

16.01.2026: I feel conflicted and am wondering whether I should reconsider my review, which was initially positive. Outin’s customer service has not responded to my messages. I simply wanted an update and to know the tracking number for my replacement order. It has now been three days without any response, which is very unpleasant and disappointing. I would like to revise my previous opinion regarding Outin’s customer service. I received a quick and satisfactory response from them within 48 hours. The item that was sent by mistake had a labeling issue, but a solution was immediately offered. A replacement is currently being shipped and should arrive very soon. I am therefore very satisfied with how the situation was handled. It is truly reassuring to be able to rely on a responsive and attentive customer service when ordering online. I would definitely recommend the Outin website for placing your orders.

I’ve spent around £400 with this company and received 7085 points so far but unable to redeem any gifts for points. It looks like they want your money and run . Customer support is absolutely terrible. The issue I have my points rewards runs out soon and there is no way to resolve the issue!!!!!
