OutEquipProReviews of outequippro.com

I am loving the results from this OutEquipPro 11,500 unit! Even in SWFL heat I’m sleeping with the unit temp set at 82-86* and sometimes need to turn off due to getting cold, with a blanket! Customer service has been AWESOME! Thank you all for being “so COOL!” 😍

Love our Outequippro air conditioner. Keeps our popup camper super cold and able to run 30 hours using just a battery. We went for the 630ah battery and one app for both battery and air conditioner. Super happy - recommend highly.

I bought a ceiling mount air conditioning/heating unit for my mobile dog gym, I couldn’t be happier with the outEquip unit! It’s been reliable and keeps my van nice and cool so my client dogs can exercise safely when the weather is hot outside! Love the low profile also! Such a great design!!!

We have an OutEquipPro RV Air Conditioner powered by the OutEquip 12V 460AH Power Hub with a 14.6V 70A LiFePO4 Battery Charger. They are installed in our 17' Cassita camper. Because the battery compartment is too small for the Power Hub, we mounted it on plywood attached to the floor. Iron angle brackets and plumber's tape secure the Power Hub in place. The quality of the OutEquip equipment is extremely good. The customer service was very responsive providing answers to our questions and wiring diagrams to explain the setup. We had difficulty connecting the app to the power hub; the solution was charging the power hub to wake it up. We highly recommend the OutEquip products.

Had a small problem with installation, but OutEquipPro helped to resolve it quickly. Had the chance to test AC on a hot/humid day and it worked great.

My ratings is based on 3 fundamental ratings 1) the value of the product 2) quality of the product and 3) customer support of their product. With that being said, 1) my outeqippro AC unit is very price competitive with many other RV AC unit's on the market. The unique design of mounting the unit through the rear door was a driving motivator for my purchase. I really liked the concept of the outer compressor and evaporator hung outside the door and the controls and air vents inside the door. The weight of the whole thing only being 43lbs sold me. I've seen many top mounts weighing close to 100 lbs ( some more). I give the design a 4.8 out of 5. Next, 2) The real test is how it functions cooling the van. So far during the past 2 weeks I've tested it in summer heat I am thoroughly impressed. It has a soft start so no shock to the moving part. It quickly brings the temperature down from 88 to 78 in about 20 minutes. Then the best part is the energy draw of only 220 watts for economy mode. I can run this unit for 8 hours each day for 2 consecutive days without depleting my 500 AH Bank. That is huge for boondocking. The performance i give 5+. This may change as I want to see it's performance after 1 year. LASTLY, 3) customer support is outstanding as they communicated back to every email with detail answers to my question. HOWEVER, if the instructions were detailed enough I would not have to ask so many basic questions. Due to the lack of detail mounting instructions I give product support a 3.6. 5+ for email support and 0.4 for written instruction. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I installed this Heat Pump on a Shuttle Bus to keep cool in the summer and, now that it's in, it works great. Blasting cold air for low watts. I even made a mistake and contacted customer service and they sent me an email back within 12 hours and are helping me to full satisfaction.

Great looking product at a fantastic price. The customer service is really good as well. They help out with tricky installs and are very timely in their responses. Highly recommend!
