Nice product but the temperature range is very tricky and to get any response from customer service you get one answer per day. I don’t think it was worth the money.

The summit 2 AC system works great! I installed it into my 2019 Mercedes sprinter cargo van. This is my work van. I do art handling and transportation, so being able to provide a climate controlled environment for artwork transportation is important. The unit cools the cargo area in the van quickly, and keeps it that way! I love that it can operate while I’m driving as well as when the van is turned off. Installation was pretty straightforward! Everything was pretty self contained and I was able to have the unit running after a day of install work! Would have gone quicker if I already had a battery system in the van.

We purchased an outequip ac/ heater and installed on our freedom camper. Man, what a game changer for us as hot shotters. Cools off or heats up so quick. Such a great company and such an awesome product! Not to mention, shipping was super fast!! Zero regret on this purchase!!!

I purchased my Summit 2 Rooftop AC unit earlier this year in March. My unit initially exhibited behavior where the compressor would not start unless I completely recycled power to the unit. After I explained the issue, Emily and the support team responded promptly and asked for several clarifying videos so their technicians could better evaluate the problem. Their first attempt to resolve the issue was to send me a replacement circuit board to install. Although the replacement board did not correct the behavior, I appreciated that they were willing to troubleshoot the problem step-by-step rather than dismissing my concern. After reviewing the continued issue, OutEquipPro decided to fully replace the unit and ship me a new one. Throughout the process, Emily remained professional, communicative, and responsive to my questions. While the original issue was frustrating, I appreciate the effort the company made to stand behind their product and work toward a resolution. The replacement unit has been performing flawlessly for 6+ months. Their dedication to ensuring my satisfaction has been outstanding!

Great customer service from Kevin! Review: I had an issue with my 12V air conditioner resetting while running. I contacted customer service and Kevin was very helpful. They verified my shipping address and are sending me the original 14x14 gasket package to help resolve my issue. Very quick response time and great support!

This is my third purchase with OutEuipPro. I have purchased both the Top Mount and Dual Mount AC units. Each 12V with Heat options. I have also purchased a 12V 630Ah lithium battery. Everything App controlled and EVERYTHING WORKS! The only challenge was self inflicted. I was trying to figure out how to not be an idiot and get the correct battery charger for keeping the battery topped off. That is nothing on OutEquip. I ended up using a 40A charger to allow nice and slow charging as my needs are in use of a 'MANSHED' AC unit that is not used frequently. The detail page on the battery allow all the information to pick the correct charger. I could have gone a bigger charger based on the battery size, but all is good. Instruction for both units, videos and functionality of the Bluetooth app is spot on. Literally cut, install and plug in. They have created an opportunity for any rig. The Top mount is on my sailboat, the dual mount on my shed. Now I need another for the enclosed trailer! Customer service is spot on. Quick response, quick support. Could not ask for anything better. This is the ONLY name I am advertising to my friends and family. Thank you OutEuipPRO!

The OutEquipPro DC air conditioner is an absolute game changer in my cab tractor when operating in 90 degree+ Alabama heat. The factory AC that came with the cab was not up to the task. The OutEquipPro AC keeps the cab cool and I never turn it up full blast. Ordering was easy, it arrived on time and the install instructions were straight forward, though I had to make a few modifications to the cab escape hatch for a perfect fit. I have no regrets with this purchase.
