My ratings is based on 3 fundamental ratings 1) the value of the product 2) quality of the product and 3) customer support of their product. With that being said, 1) my outeqippro AC unit is very price competitive with many other RV AC unit's on the market. The unique design of mounting the unit through the rear door was a driving motivator for my purchase. I really liked the concept of the outer compressor and evaporator hung outside the door and the controls and air vents inside the door. The weight of the whole thing only being 43lbs sold me. I've seen many top mounts weighing close to 100 lbs ( some more). I give the design a 4.8 out of 5. Next, 2) The real test is how it functions cooling the van. So far during the past 2 weeks I've tested it in summer heat I am thoroughly impressed. It has a soft start so no shock to the moving part. It quickly brings the temperature down from 88 to 78 in about 20 minutes. Then the best part is the energy draw of only 220 watts for economy mode. I can run this unit for 8 hours each day for 2 consecutive days without depleting my 500 AH Bank. That is huge for boondocking. The performance i give 5+. This may change as I want to see it's performance after 1 year. LASTLY, 3) customer support is outstanding as they communicated back to every email with detail answers to my question. HOWEVER, if the instructions were detailed enough I would not have to ask so many basic questions. Due to the lack of detail mounting instructions I give product support a 3.6. 5+ for email support and 0.4 for written instruction. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I purchased the 12v ac/heater for my camper van. There was absolutely no instructions on which connector went into which receptor. I tried contacting the company through their website multiple times and never received any response. Customer service is non existent.

i purchased a parking heater for my RAM Van. heater is running good , there are 5 speed with very high temperature, economic with Diesel consumptions. price is fair.
