OTTASILVERReviews of ottasilver.com

Bought a gorgeous bracelet for my husband it was so beautiful It has different beads and rings made perfectly I had a few questions beforehand and customer services were excellent and the what’s app feature is a great addition Delivery was quick and the bracelet was just outstanding quality Will definitely be getting another product

Ordered and payed a ring two months ago. Only thing that arrived is an email. It's a scam, don't loose your money there. After nearly 10 weeks reaction as below. In a mail to my wife about 2 weeks ago they state that the chosen ring is out off stock and that they will return the money. But no money appears. They're good at mailing, but not to be trusted. Maybe this helps?

So beautiful! I really love the ring and the desing is very beautyful. High quality, the size is good and the delivery is ok (I can say fast). Thank you so much! This ring means a lot for me.

Una joyería con accesorios increíbles y hermosos, lo mejor de todo es que los accesorios no son tan costosos sus diseños son hechos y tallados a mano por artesanos muy originales.

I had an interest in rings back in the days, but i kinda never trust ring places in general, and was not a fan of modern minimalistic rings. I risked it and got my first ring from Ottasilver after seeing their designs online, and i just loved it. The quality is great, what i wanted, and the designs are what I needed, especially the exclusive collection. Since then I’ve been a fan. Now I own a few rings and they work just right based on the outfit im wearing.

Exellent Quality silver jewelry 👌 I love the designs and the quality of Craftsmen in each piece & the fact that the Jewelry pieces are guaranteed and comes with it's own certificate. Great customer service team, they answered all my inquiries and updated me on my shipment process. Shipping was smooth and fast. I totally recommend shopping at Ottasilver.

Ottasilver is a brilliant brand! I have 2 bracelets from ottasilver and the quality on both of them is amazing! The shipping is also quick! 10/10 would recommend

Update: happy to say the situation has been resolved. Ottasilver have gone above and beyond to find a resolution and now have a happy husband. Thank you Ordered a bracelet for my husband initially service was good and they upsized it although it did take an age to eventually arrive! Unfortunately the bracelet has now snapped after only 7 months! Tried contacting Ottasilver several times with no response! Very disappointed! If you want quality products and good customer service avoid this company
