I've been buying a lot of jewelry lately and got served an ad for Ottasilver recently. They were having a major holiday sale, so I spent about $800, but with the big discounts, it was like I was getting free stuff. I put in 2 orders, then had to cancel them through their chat as I needed to modify my order. It would be nice if there was just a cancel button like Amazon. However, customer service took care of it right away. They were also helpful in fixing my order. I measured my finger using a tape measure, but it was highly inaccurate to my actual ring size (size 10 is what I measured, but I was an 8.5). Customer service modified my all my ring sizes to 8.5. I ordered a few more things on a second order a few days later. When they shipped it, they grouped both orders which was convenient. I like their selection and they have a lot of nice things at reasonable prices. My only complaint was I wish the rings felt a little more "solid", if that makes sense. I especially love all the turquoise jewlry they have.

Got my new pinky ring today. Not only is it beautiful, it fit perfectly. Usually when you order a ring on line, it doesn’t fit well. This one is perfect! Never had a ring that feels and looks this great!

I received my bracelet. This package exceeded all my expectations. Thanks for your work! I bought a bracelet at a super promotion for only $1, with delivery it turned out to be $11. I didn't believe it at first... Two weeks passed, but my order never arrived.))) I wrote to support and the shipment was made on the same day, It was Thursday and on Monday the courier delivered my order. I am very pleased with the quality of the bracelet. I am satisfied with the support service. The bracelet is packaged in a branded box, which also contains a bag for storing the accessory and a piece of branded fabric to clean the accessory. I also found in this box two cards with a discount on subsequent purchases of $25 each and one card with a 20% discount. Thanks.

Horrible experience. Placed order 12 days ago and still has not been shipped. Extremely hard to contact them. I finally had to call credit card company to withhold funds for them. I ordered from Shane Company for a different persons gift and it was delivered 3 days later. I’ll be going with a company that can get orders processed and shipped from now on. I don’t even want to give it one star but that is the least stars available.

Scam Company, absolutely No Customer service, no contact number. This Whole company is a Scam! Will report this Company to the BBB! Never do business with these Criminals ever! I wish I could submit a rating of -10 stars!

Updating my 1 star review to a 3 star, I originally gave 1 star as they said 7 to 10 day delivery, it took about 18 days, but I finally got 2 rings, and tigers eye bracelet. The rings are ok, just your 925 sterling silver, black onyx stone looks nice, that ring had stains and a few scratches I can't seem to polish out, but over all its not horrible, the deal was 2 for the price of 1 ring, the bracelet was only 1 dollar, but they asked 15 dollars for shipping, still not bad. The only reason I give it 3 stars is quality is not the greatest, but ok for the price

We received our ring we ordered today, this ring we purchased for our grandson, for his Christmas gift. Did not have to wait very long either for our order. Hoping the ring size will fit him. But we had to tell you how beautifully detailed this ring is, the craftsmanship is excellent. Ok I'm amending a bad review of this company, while it took them a while to respond, and make clear they were giving me a return,November 9th, today on Nov.29 the company wanted to send what I returned for free I emailed them back today, I will let you know if it comes UPDATE: Received ring in mail three days later
