I've made multiple purchases from Ottasilver. I've been pleased with their products and service - there's never been an issue. I get compliments on the rings, and enjoy owning them. They stand out from the ordinary!

I have been a loyal customer and have…
I have been a loyal customer and have bought several items from you. I had a ring that lost a stone and one bracelet gnat separated. When zi co tasted your customer service to see if they could be repaired. They refused. After sending pictures and several emails I finally got a response sexsayig they would credit me $95.00 toward a new bracelet and ring. All I wanted was for them to be repaired. I paid over $450.00 for both pieces. You have competitor that have similar pieces and frankly for less. l been have been let down.

Excelentes piezas
Me ha encantado adquirir piezas de tan magnífica elaboración, el tiempo de envío considerando la distancia es relativamente corto, claro que volvería a comprar en su tienda, altamente recomendable.

Great quality and design aesthetic. Masculine without bravado. Attention to detail is a 10. Have several pieces and I’m sure I will buy more. Thank you

Just received Thank you to the Ottasilver team two rings
Just received my two rings, and I must say, it's been a stellar experience from start to finish. The promotion advertised for February 29th (buy one, get the second for $1) is absolutely legitimate. The customer service is top-notch, earning a five-star rating, as is the follow-up from the support team. Email updates regarding my order status also deserve five stars, and the delivery of my items was prompt, earning another five-star rating. The courier company they partner with is among the most reputable in the industry. As for the product itself—the quality, finishing, and packaging—it's truly exceptional, ranking among the best I've encountered. Thank you to the Ottasilver team for providing such a delightful and outstanding customer experience journey. Your exceptional service has truly set a new standard. Ayman
