OTTASILVERReviews of ottasilver.com

I have been dealing with Ottasilver for few years, and I have the most beautiful experience with the quality of their products, customer service, and excellence. Thank you Ottasilver for your support and patience!

Omg that's all I got. What quality. I purchased a ring during the Black Friday sale. It was buy one get one free and this was well worth it. They were supposed to for gifts for Christmas but I'm keeping one for myself. Transparent shipping with ups was nice to see tracking info right to my door

As usual OTTASILVER shines bright in my eyes! Shipping is always on time! Their customer service through out the order process is always a step above! They are always willing to listen to the customer and give feedback! Their craftsmanship and product end result is top of the line! Keep up the great work OTTASILVER!!

I bought an 8.6 CZ 925 sterling silver, beautiful pinky ring. It shines and sparkles when touched by any light. I absolutely love it. I’m actually going to buy another just like it soon! Thank you Ottasilver!

I have made several purchases from Ottasilver and have been consistently satisfied with each one. Both my wife and I still wear our previous purchases. My most recent purchase was different from my previous ones. I ordered the ring picture and was thrilled to have the option of engraving it. A year ago, I lost an initial ring, which deeply saddened me. I was excited to receive an exact replica of my old ring, but I was disappointed to discover that the engraving was placed on the inside of the ring rather than on the face. Furthermore, I was unable to obtain a refund due to the engraving. I sincerely wish I had been aware that engravings are non-refundable.

Recently purchased a black zirconia & onyx bracelet. Great price for the quality!!! The package arrived fast and I got frequent updates on the status of shipment. I can’t speak highly enough of the packaging!! Even though I purchased the bracelet as a gift, the wrapping & packaging alone, I was tempted to just keep it for myself. A warranty card & care instructions were included. I didn’t have to wrap the box because it’s beautiful as it is! I will definitely be buying again.

I received my item fairly fast, but fake silver is readily apparent on a green finger stain after an hour of wearing. I was disappointed. Might be better off trying Hot Topic.

The rings are really made with very high quality, they look nice and the gemstones look genuine too.
