I purchased the most beautiful solid sterling silver mens ring with a gorgeous blue stone. I was elated with my purchase and the short time it took to receive my ring. This ring is very high quality, excellent craftsmanship, and well packaged with apparent care, quality, and professionally. I have been buying high-end and costume jewelry for nearly 40 years and this particular ring is one of the best sterling silver rings I have ever purchased. The short time in transit is unbelievable! I received it from Instanbul, Turkey within a week after it was mailed to me via UPS. This is a very beautiful ring I can proudly wear, again, due to the excellent craftsmanship. I will be doing business again with this company and using Trustpilot. Thanks for making me a very proud owner of such a wonderful ring.

Firstly, the ring designs are aesthetically fantastic and they do look nice on the hand. However, while they are 925 SS, they produce them somewhat hollowed out underneath the band; reducing the weight of the ring. This also creates sharp edges that can impact comfort for some. It's really a shame because the designs are great. I would actually pay slightly more for a heavier, solid SS ring. With that being said, I'm not sure if I would purchase more of their rings unless they came out with a solid SS design.

The quality is not great. The rings are not worth what they charge. One of the rings I purchased turned my finger black. The top part of the ring is hollow and the bands are too thin.

The ring was a phenomenal quality. The fact that it is made as a one-of-one directly for you is very cool. Great packaging, definitely took longer than I wanted to, but that's the price you have to pay for good craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Went to cancel order within hours of placing it. They said they couldn't do a refund even though they hadn't even started the order. They wanted to give me 50 USD of STORE CREDIT after spending 150+ on a ring. What's worse is that I had ordered the same ring before but wasn't too sure on the size (totally my fault). I asked for a 8.25 US but when I took it to People's Jewelers and multiple other big jewelry shops, they all said it was a size 7 3/4 US after measuring it. They were also all skeptical of its overall quality and use of "high quality 925 silver". I couldn't return the ring to Ottasilver because it had engraving. So I tried to look to get it resized locally. However, because the engraving and design on the band, it made it cost more than the ring itself. I figured I would just sell the ring I got and then reorder, until I found someone who would resize it for cheaper than what I paid for so I cancelled my order. Even after explaining all this to them, they insisted I don't cancel my order and refused giving me a full refund. Absolute shady behavior from a company. I also have seen many other comments from people who have delt with similar situations. Let this be the last time I decide to support a smaller company and hopefully this saves you from making a mistake and loosing your money. Update: They only gave me a full refund after I left this review...

I ordered my husband a ring as a gift, it was beautiful and he loves it, however, I ordered it with an engraving. The message was correct on the order, and on the order review it was correct as well, but on receiving the ring, it was missing a letter which actually changes the message :( i told him what it was supposed to be, so he knows, but it was a little bit of a let down.
