Customer service was immediate. Kudos to them. I was a bit nervous about online jewelry purchases. Once I received my bracelet, I was floored. It was AMAZING!!! I immediately ordered another one. I am sold on the quality, craftsmanship and customer service OttaSilver delivers! You have one happy customer

Todo llegó bien, la pulsera es hermosa, el único problema que tuve fue a respeto de la comunicación del envío porque tenía dos productos y vinieron separados (por eso 4 estrellas), pero lo demás todo bien.

I'm reviewing the Blue Tiger Eye ring. I just opened the package and it is absolutely phenomenal. The presentation is excellent, the box and packaging is elegant and tasteful. The rich blue color of the stone has to be seen in person to be believed. It sucks you in like the indigo waters of the deep ocean. I couldn't be happier. This is my 6th piece from Ottasilver and they are all wonderful.
