It’s not often that a product exceeds expectations. OTTASILVER did. The quality of packaging, the tips for care, and the product itself are all very good.

This company sells some of the most costume style rings I've ever seen. The stone either is plastic or so light that it doesn't even matter. It's made of very little silver and their engraving is the laziest possible product I'll ever see. 160 bucks for that signet ring is one of the most offensive jokes I've ever heard. When I complained, they told me I have store credit plus 10 bucks, if I accepted that, I'd have to melt down both rings to make a real one. I have to admit that after I left this review, they were cool enough to allow a refund and I did get it.

We're sorry to hear about your initial experience, but we're glad our Customer Happiness Team reached out promptly and resolved it to your satisfaction. Please note that all our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver and stamped accordingly. Your input helps us improve.

I ordered a second ring for my husband and could not be happier. From placing the order to receiving the ring took 2 weeks. Otto stays in touch with updates letting you know where they are in the process, shipping took 4 days from Istanbul to Florida! They make quality jewelry, do not hesitate to order from this quality company.

When something had gone wrong with my order initially, I emailed customer service and was met with a quick and friendly turnaround. When my order arrived the packaging was elegant and the jewelry simply beautiful. I will be shopping from here again and recommending it to my friends and family.

Great product, great prices, would be a 5 star but one of my orders got delayed due to a PayPal/website problem, and delivery was slower than expected but that is probably due to handcrafted workmanship.
