Great Product and Great Customer Service. I ordered 3 bracelets a few links too small. They sent me a label for shipping, and in a few weeks I received 3 perfect bracelets!! Very very nice!! I think I may buy a ring now! Enjoy your goods!! I know I will!

1st off communication was exceptional and clear. I placed my order before Christmas knowing that it may take longer because of it. Well it did and it was well worth the price. Now my Wife wants to take away from me. Need to order one for her. The product is top notch and with no cheap products. Thank You!

12/31: Update: I finally did receive my order. The excellent customer service at Ottasilver kept me informed and then gave me a credit. 12/25: I ordered two bracelets beginning of December for Christmas. It’s now 12/25 and I still don’t have them. No where did it say it would take this long. It should have been clear on their website that orders are put together outside the US and that ‘by Christmas delivery’ had little to no chance of happening.

I recently purchased two rings and a bracelet from Otta Silver, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my order. Everything fit perfectly right out of the box, which isn’t always easy to find with rings. The quality really impressed me — the pieces feel solid, well-made, and far more premium than I expected for the price. It genuinely feels like a great deal for what you get, not just “good for the price,” but actually high-quality jewelry I’ll be wearing regularly. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend if you’re looking for well-crafted silver jewelry at a fair price.
