I would have left zero stars if possible but you can’t. I have a package that arrived to some in your PA at 2:46 PM on 12/12/and left at 11:18 PM (if you believe that). It was going to USPS in Melville, NY but all they show is preshipment information on 12/13. Calling USP all they say is that they still haven’t received the pancake. Melville is about 4 hours from Youk PA. So now it 12/22 and it’s still not there. Calling OSM all you get is a recording to leave a message and they will get back to me within 24 hrs. The problem is they can’t because the mailbox is full. The estimated arrival was 12/14, 8 days ago. No one should use them. I bet the 1 1/2 stare rating is at bet=sets 1/2 star because you can’t leave zero.

This has to be worse shipper in the USA. They picked up a package I brought on Dec. 8th in IL. On Dec 12th it was in Easton PA early morning of the 13th they sent the pre-shipping info to the USPS. It is now Dec 22 and the USPS still does not have the package that should have been delivered in Dec 15th. I called OSM first got a message saying they were with a customer or on another call press 1 to leave a message. Well hard to leave a message when the voice mail box is full. I tired for two days never was able to leave a message as the voice mail was never cleared. I sent an email through their website and that was never answered, Finally on day 3 I got someone to answer and was told they package with the post office. It is not with the post office and when I push for more information the girl who had answered hung up. I kept trying got back to someone and asked for a manager I got someone named Jennifer she repeated they had left the package with the post office on the Dec 12th, I asked who was the head of the company she said she could not say. I asked several more time was finally said it was someone named James. Kept asking for a full name was told the president of the company is James Kelly and I asked to put through to his office, Well that got me his voice mail, where I left a message with me name and number! Like with the Email I have had no reply and the item that should have been delivered on the 15 in plenty of time for Christmas will not be delivered in time because of the inept services of OSM Worldwide. This company is a joke and should not even be in business.

It has taken nearly a month for OSM to move a book from Dallas to Portland. The package spent a week heading East to Atlanta, and then an additional week getting back to Texas. It took another week for OSM to get the book to Las Vegas. (This was supposed to have been a 3-5 day shipment.) OSM handed off the package to USPS in Nevada. After taking 10 hours to move the book from Nevada to Portland, (wow!?!) USPS tracking claims they have been moving my package the final 7 miles between 2 local post offices for 5 days. Needless to say I won't be using OSM or USPS in the future.

I ordered some items from my children's Christmas wish list on 12/4 from Rainbow Resource. OSM picked it up from the company on 12/8. There were no shipping updates until 12/21. Item was still sitting in a warehouse in IL for TWO weeks. That is ridiculous. I understand moderate shipping delays due to Covid but my package hasn't even left Illinois yet... I live in Alaska.. so I don't expect to see it until January sometime. I will definitely not be using OSM in the future if at all possible. Ridiculous.

My little boy had a simple Christmas wish list, just two items. As I was shopping, I found his "big" item at various major retailers, but thought it would be nice to support a small business I respected. I placed my order on December 5th. Based on my experience with USPS, even during this pandemic, I thought that allowed plenty of time for the order to be delivered from Illinois to NY. Little did I know the business used OSM, and that OSM has a longstanding poor reputation. OSM picked up the item in Illinois on December 9th. It is now Christmas week, and I have yet to receive the item. The tracking has not been updated since December 16th, when it was in Pennsylvania. Who knows where it is currently and whether it will actually turn up before December 25th. I had to drive out of town to find the same item in stock to have as a backup in case my order doesn't arrive. My 7 year old still believes in Santa, and I couldn't bear to try to explain a late Christmas gift when he asked for so little and is so excited. I feel badly for the small businesses who have been hoodwinked by this company's claims and are now scurrying to make things right for frustrated customers. They would be wise to dump OSM because they are only hurting their reputation and profits.

I ordered an item for Christmas that was shipped via OSM and it's been sitting in Pennsylvania for a week now. I have no idea who they are and I'm upset with the vendor who I bought from for using their service. No one answers the phone, emails etc. What a horrible company and I doubt my item will show up for Christmas.

I ordered something a month ago as a Christmas gift for my husband. It is needed to be used the day after Christmas. It won't be of use after that date. Here we are, a few days before Christmas...still no package. OSM is a joke. If you read their FAQs, all they do is deflect responsibility for ANY issue that may arise. They are slow and have absolutely horrible customer service. I won't buy from another company that uses them.

Horrible business! Customer service is one of the worst and they took 8 days to deliver a package 4 hours away and couldn’t even update the tracking information!? I hope my monthly box subscription never uses this delivery service again
