They were unhelpful. I had a change of address and they told me to change it with the post office because they will deliver my package. The post office needs 2 weeks for a change of address to go through. This company had my package from October 22 to October 31 in one spot. But I couldn’t just go there and pack it up?

I ordered something from a company and was provided a tracking number. The tracking stopped on 15-OCT-2018 and nothing more was reported. I contacted the company where I purchased the product and pretty much was sent the same tracking link with the excuse that there was a delay in production. Really? A delay in production after it was shipped? My assumption is the shipping company is completely bogus as their website is no longer. This issue is being turned over to the authorities.

Horrible company. I have still not received my package after 20 days, and have not received any tracking updates. Customer service was not helpful, but DID request a good review. I will not give OSM Worldwide business every again.

Pathetically slow, tracking non existant. Had a package shipped out on Dec 7th, and here it is Dec 19th and no tracking updates whatsoever. Another package shipped out Nov 29th that I still haven't received, as well as one shipped out on Dec 1st that seems to be taking forever as well. These guys are beyond brutal. I thought Canada Post were bad, these guys top them by a wide margin if you can believe that. Why Myprotein switched from Purolator to these guys is beyond me. Bad, bad move on Myprotein's part. It shouldn't take 2+ weeks for a package to be delivered going from Kentucky to BC. For instance, the package shipped out of Kentucky on Dec 1st just arrived in Richmond yesterday. 2+ weeks it took. This happens all the time. Not just the busy mailing season like now, but all....the.....time. Oh, and the package shipped out on Nov. 29th? Yeah, the last tracking update was Dec 7th, "Electronic information submitted by shipper". Nothing since then. Unbelievable joke.

OSM Worldwide was responsible for delivering a package to me. The package was nearly lost in transport, the box was opened and resealed, and the contents(food-stuff) were damaged to the point that their packaging was compromised, possibly for ALL of it, such that I don't feel safe consuming half of my order, and possibly all of it. Would not use. It was a mistake that they were used in this case, I meant to get premium-speed shipping but I was making my order over the phone and the Sales Rep failed to ask if I wanted to upgrade to it. $220 of Protein, 20KG, and at least 10KG of it is unusable, now leaving MyProtein responsible for trying to solve this. I'm upset.
