This company is so slow please do not ever use this company if you are trying to get a package to a place real quick use DHL that is the best way to go

It would have been faster for anyone living outside the US (I've also seen negative comments from people who live in the states) to book a flight and walk all the way to the store in order to get the item faster. Ordered a book the 25th of Nov, book was shipped the 26th(nice), it's the 30th of December and the package has been in transit from IL to I dont know where for the past 3 weeks. USPS didn't know what was going on, amazon had no clue, I contacted the company directly and they said they didn't have any idea what could have gone wrong. Never, Never, buy from anyone that uses this shoot of an excuse for shipping, pay a bit more if you have to.

Painfully slow shipping. Impossible to tell where package is. It’s been weeks now. Was a Christmas present for my daughter and there is no way to even know where it is. It was in PA last I knew over two weeks ago. I am in Maine so it should have been two days to get it here. Do not buy from any seller that uses OSM.

I'm seriously suspicious of this shipper. I ordered a book from Abebooks.com. They are usually really good about shipping it either by USPS or other dependable means. This time the bookseller sent it through OSM. Not only is it bouncing back and forth between Pennsylvania and Illinois, I have begun to get nearly daily fishing texts. Swell. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Don't use. Stolen. Posted photo of front of shop whilst closed & on redelivery showed a blurry photo of a bag & said left in "safe place" ...no safe place & not noted. Back dated delivery card as well.

I could not possibly explain how angry I am that my long time beauty boxes have decided to go with this company I don't know if it's to save money or what but it made it so that Christmas presents did not get here in time. I have been tracking my stuff every day there has been no updates I check USPS and it always says that they are waiting for the package and it's been in that status for so long. Like are they stealing the packages? I thought maybe because of the nationwide shipping crisis that OSM was jumping in to help but if that's the case they are certainly doing a terrible job. I mean these are Companies that get so much of my money and I want to cancel with them all together because they decided to use OSM. My packages usually go through fedex and I have no problems. I have been a customer for 3 years with one company that I am supposed to be getting a Box from that decided to go through OSM I have never not received my Box and now I can't say that I was so proud that I could say that I never had a missing or damaged Box from them but that record is now broken. Not to mention it is my least favorite Box I have ever been awaiting and I have to use my one free Box replacement a year hopefully that's really not the case because it's completely out of my control when the shipping company loses my box. IM FURIOUS

This company is a joke and they are hurting small businesses. I ordered a custom item for my child's Santa present several weeks ago and the artist shipped it within a reasonable amount of time and promised it would be here in time for Christmas. Well, it's the 23rd and it hasn't even reached USPS. The last time the tracking number was scanned was somewhere in PA. I'm in Texas and I'm seriously in doubt that it will be here in time which presents a big problem. It's the 23rd of December and I'm scrambling to come up with an alternative gift. This truly sucks.

My item was "shipped" by the seller November 13th and my merchandise is still sitting at the OSM Building located in CHICAGO, IL 60632. Today is 12/23/2020. I contacted OSM earlier and was informed the seller "emailed" them a notice of a trackable USPS number but did not physically hand them the actual item. On why this was happening is unknown but at least I got my money back after filing a claim. Now before I buy something from another seller online, I will ask if they use an OSM Shipping partner. If they do, they just lost a sale.
