I had not heard of this company until last month when they lost a shipment of coffee. It just disappeared. Now the replacement shipment is on its way and has been for a week and still hasn’t arrived. Then today I checked the tracking of an order from ThriftBooks as I thought it was taking longer than usual for delivery...and what do you know? It’s OSM! So they are 0/4 here and if I have anything to say about it, I will steer clear of companies that use them. They are awful.

Ordered a package on dec 20 and it doesn't have any updates since, i think this is absolutely the worst shipping company there is, don't use it if got any alternatives

Horrible, non existent customer support. Packages get lost, or sit in their warehouse for weeks before moving again, only to find out its moving in the wrong direction. And they flat out lie to you if you call them to inquire.

honestly the worst. usps gotta step up their game and not make business with them.

My advice is to avoid all businesses which use OSM for their shipping. Your package will crisscross American for days or weeks before it reaches you. The worst partner USPS could have chosen.

Like all of the other reviews, this is positively the WORST shipper I have ever dealt with. USPS has apparently subcontracted to them. A book that I ordered from Amazon on 10 December as a Christmas present shipped from IL on the 11th and made it as far as York, PA, where it has apparently been sitting since 11:31 PM on 19 December. No further updates from USPS or from OSM Worldwide. Gone. In the ether. Zip. My purchase no longer exists. This was written on 2 January 2021.

Wow, really really really bad! Worse than the USPS bad. I bought a book that shipped from Texas and was thinking shipping it to Colorado would be simple. Well, nope! They shipped my book to Georgia and then to Las Vegas. Still waiting for them to ship it to Colorado. The book has taken a vacation around the US.
