They blocked me for just checking to see where my stuff is that I ordered so now I have no clue where my stuff is.This is the worst company ever they shouldn’t even be in business they suck so bad.

As with a number of other reviewers on this site, ordered an item from Personal Fury + was billed on my credit card 11/20/20. As of today, 12/13/20 I have still not received the item but was told it had at least made it to my local postal facility in Wilkes-Barre PA. Apparently it was initially shipped with OSM WORLDWIDE from Huntington Beach CA 11/21/20 and took 16 days to arrive at a postal distribution center in Easton PA. From Easton to Bethlehem to the Lehigh Valley distribution center took and additional 6 days (USPS----another valued carrier) As of today 12/13/20 still have not received the parcel (a T-Shirt) but was assured it would be delivered "this Week." Wow! What other service provider could have service as poor as this and still stay in business?

They must go out of business! The package sits in IL for week, then goes for some reason east to PA, then goes back to IL and sits there for unknown time instead of going west to ND for it's destination. If manager would look on the map, he(she) would be very surprised that USA have more then 2 states and if package moves between IL and PA it will newer come to ND.

Terrible! I frequently order books online from various sellers. I try to avoid sellers that I know partner with OSM Worldwide. Packages will sit for weeks without movement, get lost, but ALWAYS DELAYED. They should change the company name to: "The Pony Express." I've had lost packages, or packages that show up 2 to 3 weeks later than expected. Unacceptable...

Pray that when you buy something, the shipping partner isn’t with OSM.. I have had 3 packages that I have been waiting on for MONTHS. Customer service is no help & continues to say “not our problem”. What a joke. You’re packages will more than certainly not arrive or ‘disappear’.

I placed an order from Lucky Vitamin on 11/27. Tracking shows the package was in York, PA on 12/06. Being next door in Ohio, I should receive the package any day now right? Wrong! The package was shipped to Illinois two states farther away from me! It is 12/11, and the order has been idle for four days now. No package has been received two weeks after the order was placed. Also, OSM is offering "premium" order tracking for 6 months to 10 YEARS at an additional cost???!!! I didn't place an order to watch it travel the country for years! If the order isn't received by Christmas, which allows almost an entire month to deliver, I will be contacting my state's attorney general office to report. I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin before without issue, and they shouldn't have to take the loss due to irreputable shipping.

Waiting since 11/26/2020 for a package from Personal Fury. Says OSM picked up Dec 6th 4 pm and has a USPS tracking number BUT as of today Dec 11th it has not been delivered to USPS for delivery from Huntington Beach CA to Wichita KS. Like many reviews say no customer service and apparently a completely disorganized front company from Las Vegas. I’ll probably cancel credit card charges to fix the situation and never BUY from Personal Fury again

Beware. If OSM has your package, all hope is lost. Have been waiting on a package from Georgia for over two weeks. I could have walked there and picked it up myself. Instead, the clueless shippers at OSM have it. Incompetency at its finest.
