I purchased something through Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by April 8th. It was shipped on April 2nd. As of today (April 14th) the package arrived at the partner facility (April 2nd) and USPS is still waiting for the package. How and why? This is ridiculous for sure. I don't know how they are still operating because their service is horrible and so bad! At least the seller on Amazon refunded my money. God only knows when or if I will get the item. Maybe in 2022 with the way they process and deliver.

Sent a package from Alabama to Illinois to be delivered in GA. They received package on March 26th, as of today April 5th, it has just made it to GA. It’s now in a holding facility waiting to be mailed again, estimating another 4-5 days to be delivered. I will never order from a company using service.

One wonders who owns and operates this poor excuse for a business. Have to think that there's more to their poor service and inefficiency than Covid or anything other than being part of the effort to ruin mail and delivery service in the good old US of A. Congress needs to look into these guys along with the PO chief. Every parcel I've had handled by these guys (at least 3) has been sitting idle less than 100 miles from my home.

I've been waiting for almost four weeks and my package is still in transit

We have ordered a package onFeb. 2 2021 and still do not have the package keep getting a run around saying we have to go back to the company and they saying the OSM has picked it up and that USPS is awaiting for the package. I worked for My state largest Hospital and did a lot of shippiig this is unacceptible under any conditions. They have not responded to any e-mails. Better to drive the package there yourself.

I’ve experienced some strange things when it comes to shipping snafus, but this may well be unbeatable. My BoxyLuxe “arrived” in the town where I live several days ago. The post office that services my address is 1/4 mile from my front door. Inexplicably, it then left town and went to another state, then back to my state, but hours away, then back to my town. It then mysteriously...disappeared from tracking. So, I call customer service. When I finally spoke to someone, and I explained the weird movements of the package she says to me, “Oh, it was never actually in your town the first time. The system just automatically generates locations based on where IT SHOULD BE.” WHAT?!? It literally said it was “scanned and accepted” at my local post office, but it’s just smoke and mirrors. If this CSR can be taken seriously, then there’s no way to know if the locations listed on tracking are physical locations of a package, or an automatically generated update to make it look like the package is traveling in reasonable time. So. No one really knows exactly where my package is, but she assures me it’s definitely, probably somewhere.

My Boxycharm for February 2021 still hasn't been delivered.Usps says it wasnt scanned into their system after OSM had it.Last tracking says it left a Knoxville distribution center on 14th of Feb and I still have NOT recieved it.Today is March the 8th 2021!Called OSM cant get anyone to answer a phone.Awful customer service because its NO customer service they wont even call back I left my name and number on their voicemail two times as well.Wish I vould give them NO STARS AT ALL!!!

this is the year 2021 why is OSM worldwide STILL using covered wagons to ship stuff.?????
