Honestly the worst shipping company. I personally have started making my decision of who I want to do business with based on if they use this company or not. 3 weeks to get a book from Illinois to Colorado and now it's just floating around the state to end up back at Denver every night apparently. Still haven't received it. The pony express was faster 150 years ago. What does this company even do with our packages.

USPS/OSM is plain and simple a waste of customer time.If you are a company using this stop now!USPS you did much better without this so called partner.Avoid this shipping like the plague.

I bought a book, it was in Dallas, I live 2 hours north east of Dallas, they shipped it to Georgia first and now it's making it's way back to me.

OSM and the USPS are helping to kill Planet Earth by NEEDLESSLY shipping packages all over the country rather than by the most direct route! My package went from Toronto, Canada to Georgia to Pennsylvania on it path to Boston, Massachusetts! A journey of an unneeded additional 1200 miles! George

Package went AWOL in North Las Vegas 10 days ago. Vendor had to replace. These guys are very bad!

If OSM had a zero category that's what they deserve. My book went from Houston to Georgia to Illinois Denver Chicago Iowa Nebraska Back to Denver still waiting To go to Colorado Springs Then out to SE Colorado. Awful
