This another “postal partner” which claims various synergistic benefits in working with the USPS. They offer some modest cost saving to the vendor but always result in terrible customer service. Amazon and their vendors should be shamed for foisting this and other co’s like them on customers. I had a pkg delivery window from May 11, 2021 to May 28. I am still waiting for it (June 14, 2021).

Their customer service openly told me their tracking doesn't display accurate information. I have no way of actually knowing where my package is that tracking shows they picked up over a week ago but has had no further scans since.

Kept my package in York, PA for 15 days. It is now in North Carolina, but I still haven't seen it. If one chooses to use OSM, prepare to WAIT. Terribly slow, if it shows at all.

At this point in time, "COVID" is no longer an acceptable excuse!! I have been waiting on a package from Kentucky - honestly I could have walked there and back faster. Ridiculous!! Especially when the actual post office is faster. SmH

Horribly slow delivery, nonsense in the packaging delivery route. Ordered may 4th, still do not have package it is may 14th. Package was shipped from Michigan to Pittsburgh Pa. we are on 10 days what a joke. There are no excuses and covid is not an acceptable excuse. Horrible I will never order from a company that uses this terrible service

I ordered Magic Bands from Walt Disney World. Dumb WDW, instead of shipping to me in South Florida, they used this fool company as a shipping partner. It was ordered on May 4th and picked up from Florida on May 5th. It arrived in Georgia on May 10th. Did it travel by camel caravan?? 5 days. And it's then supposed to go to USPS to go the rest of the way and they do not have it yet. What a stupid way to ship.

In my case, OSM did what they were supposed to do but the USPS messed up delivery (or lack thereof). My package coming to Fort Collins, Colorado left Glendale Heights Illinois on April 12th and was handed off by OSM to the Denver USPS Distribution Center on April 15th. According to Google Maps, the USPS Denver Distribution Center is 64 miles away from me in Fort Collins, Colorado. On April 20th the package scanned in at the USPS in Chicago, Illinois. According to Google Maps, Chicago, Illinois is 30 miles away from Glendale Heights. The package went from Glendale Heights to Denver which is 983 miles. Then it went from Denver to Chicago which is 996 miles. Now it has to go back from Chicago to Denver another 996 miles and then 64 miles from Denver to me. The package will have traveled a total of 3,039 miles by the time I finally get it. (If I actually get it) The package traveled an excess of 1992 miles a trip that should have been 1,047 miles. Is it any wonder the USPS is running an $83 Billion deficit?
