Package arrived early!

I was looking for reviews and I see my problems are shared by many. What's worse, there is no feasible remedy from them with their canned explanations that has nothing to do with my situation. It's just 'beating around the bush' excuses and that just adds to the frustration. I like the person here that told the retailer that they won't buy from them if they continue to use OSM Worldwide. I will do the same. OSM should be cited for false advertising: they claim to provide speedy service. False!!

Slow been holding my package for 3 weeks now

I started a subscription through a vitamin company. First order was supposed to come in on 2/14/2022. Package departed OSM Worldwide in Glendale Heights to be taken to the postal service, which is three miles away from their facility, on 2/11/2022. It's now 2/16/2022, and it's still on its way to the postal service, which remains three miles away from their Glendale Heights location.

This company is horrible. They have had my package in their hands for 11 days without it moving at all. I will be notifying the company I purchase from that as long as they use OSM Worldwide I will taking my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable!

I think this shipping company employs turtles for transporting their customers' packages.

Update: As it turns out, the package was in fact at a USPS facility and was located. I'm updating this to 2 stars because the underlying problem wasn't their fault, however their customer service was still very much lacking. OSM handled a package from Fanatics.com. Claimed that the item left their Glendale, IL facility because it was scanned. However, a USPS investigation shows that while the container arrived at USPS, the package never did. Spoke to OSM management who showed no interest in even attempting to rectify the situation and told me to go back to the original shipper. Based on other reviews I've seen about OSM as well, apparently this is a consistent problem.
