I’ve had two packages lost so far. The disconnect comes from the transition from OSM Shipping to USPS. When the package is lost OSM will blame USPS. I’ve been getting shipments from USPS my entire life (thousands of packages) and they’ve only lost one. Out of the dozen I’ve had shipped by OSM they’ve lost 2 and the rest have taken almost a month to deliver while the city it is coming from is 1.5 hour drive from my house. Horrible.

OSM already brought my package into my area. Seriously can OSM not give it to USPS. Not sure where OSM plans to drive the package to. I could of driven to the city where OSM has my package at brought it home in 1hr as to traffic. Not sure why Harry’s cannot afford to simply give there shaving packages to USPS directly.

It took them 21 days to move my package 815 miles, an average speed of 1.6 mph. Their response when I asked what took so long was a dismissive boilerplate that wasn’t even filled in properly.

Been over a month since ordering from a clothing company located in LA California. Tracking as not updated or moved since…. Y’all suck, hope you go bankrupt from inflation, money sucking truckers, poor equipment maintenance, and I hope all your sponsors decide to go another route for 3rd party deliveries. A pizza guy delivering pizza locally will turn over more product for his company in a months time frame that yours can cover in a couple weeks with them box trucks. Do not deal with this garbage company.

OSM Sucks!! They cannot locate my package stating it was out of their hands i don't know how they work but now my packages are lost and hopefully i am not out $2k. Will call tomorrow and see if NFLShop.com will reship or refund me... This Sucks

Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Walking your package to its desired destination would be so much faster than turning it over to this horribly mismanaged company!!! They claim they handed off my package to USPS. Apparently this is the line of bull they tell everyone whose package they lost. USPS has checked everywhere for my package and they never received it from OSM. Only use OSM if you enjoy playing Russian roulette with your package!!! 😡😡😡

Been stuck on the status of "Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" since July 18. It's August 10 now. Almost a month of now movement or even getting it over to USPS. Worst part is I live in Los Angeles and my package is shipping from Los Angeles. I could've walked over to pick it up faster than they can hand it off to USPS. I had different items ship from China a week and a half ago, another from the UK 5 days ago and I've already received it. OSM makes no sense why it's taking this long to get one thing right.
