Totally inept. Why would a package from Illinois be routed through Texas, then back to Illinois, and God only knows if it will ever reach its final destination? I will never deal with anyone who ships by OSM!

Wated 10 days for my package to arrive. was sent email stating my package was delivered in my mail box. I went to pick up my package and it was not there. This seems to be an on going problem with this company. I called the company I ordered my package from and informed them I will no longer do busness with them if they keep use OSM WORDWIDE SHIPPING. THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

Fanatics uses OSM shipping and my package has been lost.... My package hasn't moved in 10 days... I reached out to Fanatics and they gave me my money back but to have a $100+ package lost is very sad. After talking to Fanatics I went to go look at reviews for OSM and oh boy they are horrible. I couldn't find a rating over 2 stars. I will not order anything from any company that uses them because it's the cheap way out. After looking at other people's reviews it looks like this is normal for them. OSM get your crap together.

Package from CVS left their York, Pa. facility, on 12/08/21, which is approximately 120 miles from me, and the USPS has yet to receive the package. Today is 12/12/21. I will be receiving a FEDEX package today though.

Bottom of the barrel. Slow would be an improvement for this companies delivery speed. Expect your package to be smashed if you get it at all.

WOW, a lot of things happened to me with this courrier. I bought a CD on ebay past November 11th , the vendor send me the tracking number (everything ok so far). But since November 13th the only movement until today says: "Picked Up by Shipping Partner" , and nothing happened so far. US Ebay vendor (World of Books) you should change the company who helps you with your shipping process because this one is slower as a turtle.

Absolute dumpster fire of a shipping service/business and i use the term service very loosely. I echo all the other comments indicating the delay in shipping times and the fake updates on delivery statuses. I truly begin to hate any business that uses OSM as their delivery service. What a disaster of an operation. Can’t believe they are still operational.

I have now had 2 packages that have never arrived that were shipped via OSM. Both packages say "In Transit" but it's been months and I don't get to see the movement history for either one.
