I ordered eyeglasses online and the eyeglass company used OSM for shipping and they have already went past their expected shipping time frame and I still don’t have my glasses.

Like many of the reviewers here, I’ve also had to rely on OSM inadvertently because of suppliers from Amazon using them to get the product shipped to USPS. My experience in these cases has been quite different from the majority of reviews below. My items have arrived on time and undamaged. I feel a lot of reviewers on here suffer from mismatched expectations. I usually seem to get OSM from suppliers, when I choose slower delivery alternatives. They don’t deliver super quick, but they deliver within the time they promised. Why does one feel the need to track one’s package every second or minute of the day? What’s the problem if your package sits in York for a week, if it still arrives on/around the expected date? When you text your wife sitting in the next room, that message first goes outside the earth’s orbit, gets bounced all around the world and then makes its way to the living room. Maybe some day we will start obsessing over the path of that message too. If you choose expedited delivery, and your supplier chooses to use a slower service, then the ball was dropped by that supplier, not by OSM. Without a clearer understanding of supply chain dynamics, and with unnatural / unhealthy expectations, it is easy to blame the messenger. My advice - lighten up. Most people who have positive experiences don’t come on here to post a review. I wanted to change that and provide some perspective. I’ve used OSM - again, inadvertently - many times over the past several years, and my experience with them isn’t any more incrementally positive or negative vs. other good suppliers. They generally meet, or as in my most recent case, exceed expectations.

Takes at least 3 weeks to get packages that only took 3 days before OSM started shipping for the company I order from. Hands down one of the worst shipping companies. Packages just sit around for weeks before they decide they want to ship them. Almost to the point of using a different company to order from because OSM is so slow.

On May 14 2024 I ordered a book from an Amazon partner, one supposedly located in Montgomery, IL, although the bookseller's parent company is in the UK. I suspect the bookseller shipped the book from the UK because I live in Texas, due south of IL, and the book arrived at the OSM facility in Secaucus, NJ, on June 13 2024. Today is June 24, and the book is still in the OSM facility in NJ. To say that this is a disgrace is, obviously, a tremendous unterstatement.

I placed an order through ebay and the item was shipped USPS with OSM being Shipping partner. was picked up on Friday June 14th in Chicago, didn't arrive at Glendale Heights until June 18th and left the same morning. Less than a 10 hour drive to Nashville. Its now been 30 hours since it departed and is still not in Nashville. I think these companies (including USPS) should quit using them. Very poor service.

What a terrible 3rd party shipper. They claim to be an asset to the USPS by being a last mile shipper, but with their logistics you would be better off doing a cross country trip and picking up your package yourself. What an absolute joke of a shipping company, 21 years in business is amazing with a logistics model as laughable as this. If you are a seller looking for a package handling service, just give it to the USPS or whoever directly. Your customers will thank you.

So sick if scams. The seller uses this company and I don't know until after my product ships. When I see OSM, oh no not again. I know I'll never receive it. OSM is a scam shipping. Their tracking numbers are invalid with USPS. Red flag. Now I'm out more money and must start over. Ask your seller who they ship with. If it's not directly uses, run. Do not order from them especially if it's OSM.

Oh where, oh where has my package gone? Oh where, oh where can it be? It sits in limbo USPS is waiting, oh where, oh where can it be? This has to be the biggest joke of a frieght forwarder in the entire world. Congrats OSM, somebody had to take the prize.
